All in all not a horrible experience, but not a great one. I was going to rate them only one star, but that lady that did our paperwork was nice and was very good about explaining if we had questions about the paperwork. First off, there is no place to park, if you want to test drive something, they have to move three, maybe four vehicles and maybe even yours to get out the one that you're looking at. The vehicle that we went to look at was pretty clean, but definitely not detailed or anything. However, there were a few problems with the vehicle that they said they would fix. Only two of the three things actually got fixed, one of the two fixed, was not fixed the way they said it would be and the third had to be fixed the next day after we got it home, even though they said they had checked it thoroughly. I didn't leave this dealership feeling like this was some place I wanted to go back to, or recommend to my friends and family. It was all hunky dory, until it was time for you to do paperwork and then they just wanted you gone after you had signed that you would give them their money. Also, they don't keep the titles on site (which I understand) however, you have to wait three weeks, and if you email the lady that sends out the titles (Connie), you get a wordy response about how she sends so many titles out a week/month and it might go out today or tomorrow, and if she does say that she will "try" to get yours out today, there is also a little message about she is putting yours in front of someone else's and it still might go out today or tomorrow. She also says that the finance/sales people have nothing to do with the titles so basically it doesn't matter what they say in regards to how long it will take. Like I said, it was all super friendly when you're deciding to buy, they as soon as you sit down to do the paperwork, you sign it and you're out the door and they never talk to you again. “Oh yeah, and there is only one key, but you can get them made for like 80 bucks somewhere.” Would NOT recommend.

I've been using Todd's Automotive for about a year now after having a really bad experience with Clint's Tires. The people at Todd's, and Todd himself, has been nothing but completely honest and straight-forward with me about everything. They are very informative about what the problem is (if there is one) and what it will take to fix it. I don't get a run-around answer and the pricing is reasonable. I recently took a vehicle to them I had bought from an auto dealer in town. They inspected it and found numerous problems that the auto dealer service dept should have found and fixed during their 90 point inspection. They called the owner to come look at the vehicle and showed him all the problems and expressed their feelings about letting a vehicle leave their lot in that condition. As a result, I got problems fixed that would have creeped up and would have cost me almost $1000 to fix.Thanks so much for your honesty and good work Todd's Automotive!

Over all pretty chill place. Glad I finally found a place to buy a pretty nice truck. I'm actually buying a 2007 Dodge 3500 mega cab that seems to be what I'm looking for. This place seems be my last stop on my search for a truck. All I gotta say is thanks. Mikey Gonzales Jr. was our sales man and was good at helping and working out a good deal. I like how friendly everyone was to me and my family. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody in need of a great vehicle for a great price.

Great low pressure sales guys and very laid back dealership with really clean vehicles compared to some other dealerships I wasted my time going to. I ended buying a 2007 Honda Pilot from them and the paperwork was quick and easy I would recommend them if you're in the market for a good used vehicle.

Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes.
