The store is maddening. Some employees are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, and make you feel special. Others act like it is a burden that you walked in, don't want to answer questions, and grunt. As for service for my hot tub, I find the same thing. It seems like an imposition to make an appointment and you have to call at just the right time. Emails are usually answered, not always. One time they came and got mud all over the emptied and cleaned tub, breaking the gate to the deck in the process. Another time the tech was smiley and friendly and cleaned the tub before he left. (That was Daniel). But they charged me $168 to replace a light fixture. It took two months and ultimately I had to order the fixture because they "couldn'"t. That is unreasonable. A week later the thermostat went out. I think I will find someone else to replace that.
