    Worst decision I ever made purchasing a vehicle from this place! My sales person had me sign all the paperwork for my vehicle and told me he would call once the loan as approved. Five days went by and I made a call every one of those days and got his voicemail. So, I left messages but no return call after five days. I called and just requested to speak to another sales person and was informed that my car was ready four days ago and that my sales person no longer worked there. I asked why no one had called me or checked his voicemail and received no answer. Then, I pick my car up and no even an hour after leaving the lot, the check oil light comes on. I call and the car goes back for the better part of 8 weeks because they could not figure out the problem. So here I am paying for a car that is not even in my possession. And to top it off, after I get it back, there is a nick in the windshield that wasn't there when I purchased the car. I told the manager and he came out to look at it and said he thinks it was filled in. Fact is, I purchased a car with a perfect windshield and they damaged it! Now, flash forward to not even a year later and my passenger side windows won't roll up. I call to set up the appointment and the guys tells me he can't give me a price over the phone, just to bring it in. I do that and upon arrival am informed there is a $98 an hour diagnostic charge that wasn't told to me. I told the guy that the gentleman I spoke with told me there was no charge until they could figure out the problem, but the still told me I was responsible for the $98/hour labor fees associated with taking the door panel off and looking at the issue. Asked why I wasn't told this over the phone and the guy just snickered and said oh well. All I can say it buyer beware!
