Faulkner Hyundai of Harrisburg
I am from Illinois and was traveling to Canada and then to Pennsylvania on a family vacation. My sunroof shattered on my Honda Accord in Indiana on a Saturday and we could not find anyone to fix our sunroof until the next week. We called ahead to Faulkner Honda and spoke to the service department because we knew that we would be in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Rob from service was more than accommodating, he ordered the sunroof for us ahead of time and told us that we could get it installed on Wednesday morning. Rob told us to drop our car off on Tuesday so that it would be inside the building in case it rained that day or that night and that he would have enterprise meet us at the Honda dealership. We showed up at Faulkner Honda and enterprise met us there, we switched cars and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. The next day, Rob from service called and said that my car was finished and at no cost to me. The Service manager John Komar contacted my dealership in Mo. and got everything straight with them and the $700 sunroof cost me nothing, because John went out of his way and called and got everything approved with my Honda dealership. (My vacation just got better). John Komar and Rob in service are #1 in my book. I arrived at Honda to pick up my car, and noticed that Faulkner Honda cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I never asked them to do that, they just did and it looked amazing. They got the scratches out of my paint from when my sunroof shattered also. I met with Rob when I arrived at the Honda dealership and Rob stated for us to just leave the rental car there and he would take care of getting it back to enterprise. This saved us even more time. This dealership is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you, Jeremy

Four Star Auto Exchange
i bought a 4runner from them about 2 months ago, after finding them online. i worked with Haseeb and Mohammad, who was very straightforward and seemed to give me as much of a discount as possible. what i liked was that he was not pushy, nor did he seem overly eager about trying to sell me the car. the car really sold itself...their lot is somewhat small and you may just drive by and get a wrong impression, but their cars are really clean. in fact, the friend i had brought with me (my car guy) to test drive the car was thoroughly impressed at the condition of their vehicles. Haseeb said they mostly get their cars directly from large dealerships as trade-ins. the one i chose was a 2003, but all my friends and family said they thought it looked like a newer model because it was sooooo ridiculously clean both in and out.i had another friend with me that day who liked one of their cars and she ended up getting it the next day! and even though we found a couple of minor issues with that car, Haseeb & Mohammad were very sincere about working with us and getting them resolved. my friend just took her car for an oil change this week and it was the first time that she had brought a car in where they said there was no other service needed for the car. we were shocked! :)i would definitely recommend Four Stars Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a used car. and it's the first place i will go for my next vehicle...though i will probably be driving this 4runner for a long, long time. :)

DNM Contracting Inc.
We had our home built by DNM Contracting, INC on a recommendation from a friend. What a friend! They not designed the plans for our house but in the end made it a home. Our house is almost 5800 square feet and there was nothing but top notch construction throughout. We would have never imagined what seemed like a dream on paper could come to life like it did. We had quotes for anywhere from $70,000 - $150,000 more but DNM did not only save us money but the also did not charge us for items that some of the builders wanted too. We did a Geo thermal system and all granite throughout, hardwood, tile, etc and the were still cheaper than the next lowest bid. They worked within our time line. We have heard horror stories of people building house but seeing that they deal direct with a lot of the companies and no middle man, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. They also were able to get us financing and a beeter construction note as they work directly with Susquehanna and Metro. We are happy to rate them no less than 5 stars. Thank you Jesse, Mickey and Troy. Keep up the good work!

Faulkner Subaru Inc
We just purchased a new Legacy from Dan Mann. We had an extremely positive experience. Dan was easy to work with, professional, and seemed like an all around good guy. l did my homework and shopped a few different dealerships (and several different makes of cars), so I know we got a GREAT deal. Everyone at Faulkner, from my first internet contact (Kim) to the finance guy (Kyle) was great to work with and never once tried to pressure us into anything. Less than 16 hours after the purchase of our new car, the check engine light came on. I was livid- after spending a few months researching cars, and a two weeks test driving, here I was with a brand new car and I was yet again heading back to the dealership. The service department was very nice, and felt genuinely bad for me. While I am still upset I had to waste two hours dealing with this, my anger is directed towards Subaru of America, not Fulkner. I feel the service department went out of their way to help me and get me out of their as quickly as possible. I recommend Fulkner.

Faulkner Hyundai of Harrisburg
My daughter bought her car (a 2004 Honda Accord) at Faulkner Hyundai early in 2015. I was with her and the process of buying the car went fairly smoothly although it did take a while. It has been a good car for her so far. We got a package added onto the price (not really my choice but it does give us some peace of mind) so that problems can be corrected and routine maintenance done at no charge for the first year. I personally have taken the vehicle there three times so far for normal stuff - oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. Each time the service has been efficient and the staff has been pleasant. The waiting area is comfortable, there is a TV to watch, newspapers and magazines to read, coffee and cold bottled water are available and free Wi-Fi is provided. I can't give any insight into any major service/repairs as yet but I will continue to have service done there. I would also consider making the purchase of another vehicle, new or used, at Faulkner Hyundai in the future.

Sutliff Chevrolet
I scheduled to have some recall work performed and to check on why the check engine light and the notification display also had two other messages. The service department kept me notified what was going on while I was waiting for the recall work to be performed. The recall work was completed and the car was ready. I started the car and the check engine light came back on. I went back inside and they were very polite and apologized for the light coming back on. I waited some more and it turned out to be an issue covered under the powertrain warranty that I did not expect. They had the part and were able to fix the issue. Wonderful service and customer focus. What really made this experience so nice was to get a follow up call to ensure that the problem has not re-appeared!

Yingst Homes Inc
I built at Union Station about a year ago. While I think the construction of my house is terrific and far surpasses other builders in the area, they definitely have poor customer service. There were no lights on my street for months, and they didn't do anything until I threatened to go to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Also, I have nothing but dirt and weeds in my yard and ugly plastic rain spouts. After SEVEN phone calls to their "Customer Service Specialist" (and I use that term liberally), I was promised that the issues would be addressed within a week...two weeks ago. If you choose to build with Yingst, you'll have a well-built home with all of the customizations that you want. But good luck getting them to care about you after they have your money.

Raul's Auto Sales
I highly recommend Raul's Auto for anyone young, old, first time starter cars.. I am so happy about my car I bought .. I felt they were honest and fair and even cried leaving with my car because it was just a great experience all in all.. see for yourself very fair I left with a warranty which allowed me to feel really confident in buying a used car!! I don't usually do reviews but I had too do this because you hear so many bad things about used car dealerships how they get over on people .. not so about this place they are Family oriented and honest.

Pennstate Hershey Milton S Hershey Medical Center
Varies widely. That is the problem. You cannot tell who you will get. Had some terrific care, a few genuinely shocking experiences. ' Professionalism ' received one star because the admin must simply refuse to correct those who give the terrific docs a poor name, too. What a shame! We will not return there and will no doubt miss some amazing docs- but cannot go where a patient's concerns mean nothing. I am not saying ' do not go ', just check out your provider first. Like I said, some are extremely good.

Raul's Auto Sales
Over the weekend, we whizzed by this car dealership on Cameron Street. We were looking for a vehicle to replace our Ford 500 that has no air conditioner. Rather than get the a/c fixed, we thought it best to put towards van. We left Raul's with Honda Van, 1 year warranty and got a nice trade in on our car. Raul and his dad were so nice and professional. Raul knows his stuff when it comes to cars. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They go over all cars thoroughly. A+
Tips & Advices
Academic medical centers provide the widest range of specialty care treatments, including the latest technological advances, clinical trials, and surgical techniques. In general, an academic medical center is a better choice than a community hospital for complicated treatments or rare diseases. Pediatric intensive care, especially, is usually performed at academic medical centers.
Academic medical centers offer a broad range of specialized services, from allergists to urologists. Some of the larger medical centers have entire hospitals or clinics focused on a particular medical service, such as cancer treatment, though specialties vary among the centers. Patients whose community hospital or local doctors do not have the facilities or expertise to address complex medical conditions can be referred by their primary care physician or local specialist to a major medical center (there are more than a dozen in the United States).
Yes. In addition to their inpatient hospital services, medical centers can offer a wide variety of outpatient services, such as pain clinics, rehabilitation centers, surgery, imaging and laboratory, mental health treatment, and outpatient cancer treatment. Medical groups – doctors in private practice but affiliated with the medical center--will also have offices within the medical center.
Physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants, residents, and attending physicians makeup the clinical staff of an academic medical center.
Medical center accreditation is not required, but most centers work voluntarily toward accreditation because it represents higher standards of healthcare quality and patient safety.
