Poor customer service from the receptionist to the nurses. I just had a nurse walk in ask me my name and asked me to sign a paper. Never told me what my diagnosis was or if my strep test was negative. I was the only patient in there for the whole hour I was there.

Went in for increasing pain in my ear. I have worked for an ENT Dr for 5 years AND I am a paramedic so I'm pretty sure I can recognize an ear infection. When I got there, it was 10 min before closing so I asked the receptionist if it was too late. She said "no you're fine. Come on in." Filled out my paperwork quickly and handed it in. Was called back and triaged. In the process, she nurse turned around and sarcastically said "you're allergic to aspirin but you can take Motrin and Advil? I said, yes, they are two different drugs. After about another few minutes of her rudeness she began to walk out. She said "the doctor will be in." For some reason, I felt the need to apologize for coming in so close to closing and all she said with her back turned was "the doctor will be in" and she slammed the door. I opened the door and told them I was leaving because she was very rude. Since the doctor was there, I guess she felt the need to defend herself by trying to say she was just hurrying because she knew he was waiting. The doctor came in, diagnosed me and sent in someone else to discharge me. She was very nice and apologetic. After looking into it, the first "nurse" was no nurse at all. She was an X-Ray Tech! Who lets X-ray techs triage patients???

I love this office. All the Dr.s and the practitioners work as team to supply excellent service. Sometimes you have to wait a long time when the are really busy but overall great office.

Wosrt visit I have ever had. The PA misdiagnosed me and refused to write the proper note for my job. The facility manager told me they can only write general notes, however, I've gotten the note from here before. One of the clerks rolled her eyes at me after a verbal mishap over the note, which the mishap wasn't with her nor had anything to do with her. Everyone besides the lady who checked me in, was rude and lacked a sense of willingness to help. Obviously if your going to a doctor's office you don't feel well, so at times you can be on edge. This was not the case until they forced my hand. Come to find out the next day I went to my primary doctor and what do you know, I have an ear infection, which I did tell the PA I have a history of and can feel the onset. I don't remember the name of the PA but she was rude and had a sense of entitlement but yet lacks the title of a Dr. With a 2.5 rating you might as well skip out on these amatures and head to Patient First down the street.

Great Doctor ! Did my daughter's surgery and it was perfect. My daughter is a little shy around people but she talked to him because she felt really comfortable around him! .

Dr. King has been a blessing to me. She is very attentive, and she def knows her stuff. Unlike other doctors I've seen in the past, Dr. King has been THE BEST and has made all the other doctors I've gone too in the past look like total morons, in my opinion. I would recommend her to any AND everyone. She has amazing bedside manner and you can tell she really cares. Her associate, Dr. Kelly, who also works in this office is just as warm, caring, knowledgable, and very on top of things. I've seen her when Dr. King was all booked up, and I wasn't disappointed, in the least. If you're looking for the best, look no further, as this is def the place to be!!!!! But, don't take my word for it.... Go see for yourself!!!!!From the happy patient, Erica Dalton

I had my initial visit was prompted to have blood test, an MRI, and a sleep study. A return appt. was scheduled to address the results. I experienced difficulty with sleep interruptions several times during the night, so much so that I feared sleep at times, and so prior to the scheduled return appt, called the office secured a sooner appt. Upon my arrival I was informed I had a balance of less than $32. I told the receptionist I did not bring funds with me cash, or credit. I was asked to have a seat, and that the account/book keeper wouldspeak with me. finally I spoke with the young lady and was informed the Doctors agreed NO patients having a balance would be seen. I told them I could pay off the $31 plus balance the next day. They refused to see me, I then asked for my results to present to another doctors, and was told my records would NOT be released until the balance was satisfied. I could not and still have difficulty digesting the fact that a medical professional refused to service/care for his patient in dire need of medical attention, for measley pennies. It is the next day, I am paying off this balance. I reccommend you go elsewhere if in need of professional medical attention, and may incounter financial woes.

Caught them billing for a lab test that could NOT possibly have been run because it was never collected. It SHOULD have been run but was not.

I called in to report my side effects because the warnings on the prescription I am taking said: "Tell your doctor immediately if you develop..." His response was "In all of my years of being a dermatologist, I have never had a patient complain of severe symptoms from a topical medication." and then he went on to say that I was not experiencing these symptoms and if I was, they were not from the medication. All the while, he was speaking condescendingly and scoffing at my remarks. This doctor does not care about his patients. He is careless and should have his license revoked. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR.
Tips & Advices
Emergency care facilities can treat infants and children. Roughly 16 percent of emergency patients are infants and children, so the medical professionals at these facilities typically have strong experience in pediatric emergency care.
The average wait time will depend on the type of emergency care facility.. Wait times typically average less than 20 minutes at an urgent care facility. At a hospital-based emergency care facility that treats life-threatening conditions, wait times can take as long as an hour or more.
