YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Customer service is really bad. I bought a Groupon for a hitting league they are no longer offering and Grand Slam 2 will not refund my money. I was told I could use the amount of my Groupon in their store but I am not interested in purchasing any equipment. I either want the service I paid for or a refund. I called three times and left messages with Madison and have been told each time someone will call me back. It has never happened. Beware of this shady company.

I bought a bat with the recommendation of 2 store employees. The very next night the bat broke on FIRST contact. I took the bat back the next day. Owner REFUSED to refund money OR give store credit. I told him that I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in his store on bats, gloves, batting gloves, etc. And that he would lose me as a customer if he didn't at least give store credit. He shrugged his shoulders and said ""OK"". Needless to say, I am done with that store. It's costing me extra money to send the bat to the manufacturer, and my son is without a bat.

Problem: \r I was at the Swaders Sports Park on September 19th from 4pm to 7pm. There were several incidents that happened that I have a concern with. 1. There was a living fly trapped in the parmesean shaker. When I notified the manager, he just instructed an already busy employee to throw it away, then he left. That employee took at least 5 minutes to get to the item. During that time at least 3 other people noticed and comment on the fly in the shaker container. I don't understand why a health code violation was not taken care of immediately. 2. When riding the go carts, on the final lap, the go cart operators did not allow the riders to pull into the pit. This cause a backup on the track. The track being mostly curves, caused several people to crash into the person in front of them when they realized that the cars had stopped instead of going into the pit area. WE were instructed to pull into the pit area after the final lap. This cause a dangerous situation. I was rear ended and had to take my 3 year old son to the ER to ensure that he had not suffered any injuries. \r
