Fratelli’s has been #1 since they first opened. Food is always consistent and delicious. Service is always good as well.They’re specials are always over the top scrumptious!I highly recommmed Fratelli’s and don’t understand all the other negative ratings!!I even prefer their steak over a steakhouse!!

My husband and I visited this evening. I got Chicken Chesapeake and asked for grilled chicken with no sauce. I received my entree covered in sauce, the waiter returned it to the kitchen. It came back the second time with no sauce and fried chicken and a cup of Maryland crab soup as an apology. I did not want the crab soup, I would have liked the meal I ordered. I resorted to sharing my husbands meal (steak and crab cake) that was very good. This was not the first time of having less than average service. Last month my son and I ate here and my sons meal had cardboard in his crab cake, he was told it was the packaging. No apologies are not acceptable.

We went to eat here as we have always like the crab cakes and they were second to none at one time.We arrived an there was a party of 5 ,a party of 3 and the 2 of us.We were told it would be a 15 minute wait.Not A problem.After seeing no one being sat for almost 40 minutes ,I ask a hostess what was going on, she told me they were waiting on call a heads and they get first preference,WHAT!!!!!You have a lobby full at this point and your waiting on call aheads,Thats called a reservation if you didn't know that, You have people in your lobby they are for sure going to eat there yet you piss them off waiting on call ahead? Very poor management. I then get the crab cake that I had waited over an hour and a half to get and the outside is crab meat the entire inside is filler.This restaurant has done a nose dive, for a hundred dollars I got crab cakes that were mostly filler, Raviolis that tasted like they were frozen. I saw a woman talking to tables ,I believe she was the owner,She was aware of the issues and avoided my table.After visually seeing her approach tables while chewing food, I was so discusted by the whole ecpetience, I just wanted to leave.Not to mention she looked like she had just rolled out of bed ,with disheveled hair and dirty clothes.You have lost a customer, You know the saying have great food and service gain 1 customer, Have bad food and service you will lose 10 customers.My table server was excellent that was the only positive of the whole meal

my husband and i went there last night,, it was an awful experience,, the hostess said i can seat you at a table in the back,, well that sounds nice and quiet,, it was anything but that,, it was loud the people were loud, and to top it off the children in that room were animals,, i will never return to this place,, our waitress left a lot to be desired too, she talked so fast and wanted us to place our order just as fast,, i had a mouth full of salad,, and she said to us are you ready to put your order on?? Hell no i was eating the salad that was $10.00 and i would have liked to finish it!! what a madding night,, and a $60, bill to boot,, i should have stayed home and we could of had a bowl of cereal,, i told the mothers of the children, and i did not care who heard me or thought i was crazy!! That place made me crazy!~

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for awhile now as regulars and we love the food here it's the best....but the management is disappointing because we travel almost an hour to eat here and sometimes they close early just because or like tonight, they were supposed to close at 10pm...we got there at 8:20pm and were turned down to go in and eat because they closed early due to maintenance work...we told the bartender that we traveled almost an hour and he reacted as if he didn't care at all..very rude... Any maintenance work, shouldn't that be done after hours??? And they put no advertising or notification ANYWHERE that they would be closing early on Aug 16th due to maintenance work... When we walked in there were still people sitting down and eating, but we get turned down to eat when they are supposed to close at 10...!?!?? Very disappointed, they need new management and some staff replaced
