Totally rude! I called the salon before I left to see if I needed an appt. the girl who answered said "no" but that they closed at 8:00. I arrived at 6:45 and even though that they close at 8:00, they told me it was too late that they weren't taking anymore customers for spray tans. They didn't offer any other options and it was like they just didn't want to be bothered. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I've been going to Tan Lines for 2 years now for spray tans because I can't tan in a bed due to medical reasons. I have purchased the annual VIP Spray Tan package twice. This is a one time charge of $60 which includes one spray tan and then every tan after that is $15. I get spray tans pretty frequently. I purchased the second VIP package this past April I believe, and that is the pricing I agreed to when I made the purchase. I went in last week for a spray tan and had my $15 out and ready to pay. I was informed that a "new policy" says all prices have gone up. The girl working who is always helpful, was very apologetic and said the employees were just now informed of this new policy. This apparently includes already purchased VIP packages so now they are $20 per tan. Instead of only instating this new charge for new customers and new VIP memberships, everyone is affected, which in my opinion in horrible customer service. Tan Lines just purchased Total Tan on University, so I guess they're doing the whole "corner the market and drive up the price." I will say I have always had pleasant customer service from the girls who work there, however, I will drive to Ponchatoula or Covington for mystic tans now out of sheer principle.

My name is K. Brown I have been a Customer of Tan Lines of Hammond, LA for over 9 years even prior to moving to their new location. During all these years there have only been 3 times that something went wrong with the equipment or products that did not produce to my expectations. Once I informed Personnel who are always so helpful, they immediately contacted Management or the Company that needed to be and responded to my concerned promptly as possible. After which I was fully credited or reimbursed for any inconvenience or monies was due me. Thank you
