Last year, I purchase a new unit from Jeff Couch’s RV Nation; we drove 9 hours from Maryland in May of 2012. When I arrived the place was huge and everyone was extremely friendly. Jeff had a technician Bryan perform our walk through and the unit was spotless, everything on my unit was complete and ready for our 9 hour travel back to MD. The walk through took about 2 hours and there was no hurry at all. Absolutely positive experience all around, we were completely satisfied, it wasn’t until the past couple of weeks that I had another dealing with Jeff and his team, my bedroom slide wasn’t operating correctly, we had purchased an extended warranty for safe keeping, to make a long story short, there were issues getting my unit repaired through the extended warranty company, I worked closely with the Forest River Warranty Department as well as Curtis Carpenter from Jeff Couch’s RV Nation, both were more than helpful and went over and beyond to make sure my unit was fixed correctly and covered. I must say I was totally blown away with their commitment to customer service, everything was perfect! We were extremely satisfied with our entire dealings with both Jeff Couch’s RV Nation and Forest River Warranty Department. Amazing Service and customer relations, thank you all for assisting us with our trailer. You guys exceeded our expectation! We will send business your way for sure!

I recently purchased a 2016 Forest river silverback 35qb4 from Jeff Couch's RV nation. We traveled from Annapolis, MD to Ohio to pick it up and had a great experience with them. I would email them and get a response within minutes. The only problem we had was they had Forest river install the wrong outside kitchen. With the silverback the outside refridge should be in a outside door nest to front door and it was in the outside kitchen which I do not like but we had no other choice than to take the silverback because they didn't had another one.. To say the least I sat there and cried over this but it is what it is. Other than that the salesman was great and we loved how you go there and your camper is in a garage open ready to inspect. We found a few items that needed addressing and they fix them while we did the paperwork. the people in the shop were friendly and helpful and the finance guy was great. I would highly recommended saving money and buying from them. I gave them 4 stars because of not getting the correct outside kitchen and they never offered any thing to compensate for it.

We just purchase our first travel trailer. Our salesman, Ross Hawk, was awesome! He gave us his cell number and email. He answered email, texts, and calls very promptly. He is nows his stuff! We went for our demo and the staff in that are were helpful and polite. Same with finance. From start to finish it's been a great experience.We brought the trailer home on a Saturday. When we arrived home it was late. We noticed a couple of items missing. I texted Ross and he answered immediately. The following Monday, parts were ordered and are being shipped to my house.Service has been awesome so far!

The purchase of our 2017 232RBXL Salem Cruise Lite, has been a geat experience from Jeff Couch's RV Nation. We researched this RV just about everywhere in the whole United States and by far received the best price here. Our salesman, Drake, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed as to the progress of our order. We live 6 hrs. From RV Nation so we had our trailer delivered to our door. Received it in perfect condition. They asked where we wanted it and they back it right up and did an inspection with us. Will definitely recommend RV Nation to anyone looking to purchase an RV.
