The Sno Shack
OMG their chicken sandwich!! Yum! The best fast food service in the area. Great snow cones too! I suggest you call in your order during lunch time, they are very popular-that's a good thing.

This was the first time for me to try this restaurant. Wasn't quite sure what to order, but what I choose was very good!

They don't know what they are doing! They quoted me wrong started putting up the building wasted the quicktete they said they needed to take it back down all I got was wasted time and money and a torn up yard. Not at all professional. Wish I never heard of them. Just another craigslist scam.

Register Metals built a very shoddy barn for my parents. Do NOT do business with this company. They are not licensed with Gulfport, they do not have a contractor's license, and they are not registered with BBB even though they display that logo. Look them up. Stay tuned for a website that will be displaying hard evidence (pictures) of the shoddy work they do.

Turtle Creek Subdivision
Happily, we were able to accommodate Mr. Sumner's demand to close prior to all punch list items being completed. Several attempts to schedule this repair since closing were not convenient to Mr. Sumner's schedule so we are still attempting to coordinate a time convenient to him. Further, Mr. Benton is not CEO of Turtle Creek and does not build anything. The builder, Concert Building Concepts, is making every effort to resolve the issue with Mr. Sumner's door which has nothing to do with walls which despite Mr. Sumner's statement to the contrary were built by Royal Concrete -- the original source -- and not by CBC which currently builds the walls. Also, all new homes at TC come with a 1-year builder's warranty. Check out our concrete construction and lowest home owners insurance rates on the coast!

PLEASE do not use this company if you are going to purchase a metal building they are just all around sorry! Coming home from Afghanistan I thought I would purchase a decent price metal building from them as a present to myself boy was I wrong , it was a nightmare! I should have paid more for my building through Alabama steel and I would have received what I ordered!! This building did not come with the first plan or drawing, I did not receive all my materials when it was delivered and I wasn't informed that it wouldn't be there!!! They also missed the delivery date several times! They did not bring me my doors for over three months! They also had an excuse for everything. I would highly suggest using someone else to get your steel building from!!

It's true that you can't satisfy everyone, but these reviews are ridiculous. With the amount of buildings that get put up by this company, there are more satisfied people than unsatisfied but that one fly in the ointment sure makes a mess. That 'former employee' review is just an example of a weak link that got cut and hasn't gotten over it yet. Call the office, get the numbers of happy customers. They outnumber the unhappy ones.

Saraland Manor Retirement Apartments
Their not professional. The buildings are not up to par. There's mold, mice, roaches, and drugs. The landlord makes empty promises. The maintenance doesn't want to fix anything. Somebody should send the health department to talk to the tenants. Last but not least the landlord harasses certain tenants they don't like just to have a reason to band or evict them.

Tips & Advices
Roofers commonly use certain supplies to handle the task of roof repair. A scaffold or a shingle lift is often used to access the roof. Roofers wear hard hats, and they typically wear soft-soled steel-toed shoes that protect their feet and provide optimum traction. Roofers use basic equipment such as caulking guns, paint brushes, electric or cordless drills, wheelbarrows, pop-rivet guns, power brooms, power spudders, shovels, backpack blowers, and high-pressure washers.
Certain supplies are needed when performing a do-it-yourself roof repair project. Working on a roof can be dangerous, and a safety harness with a rope and anchor point is essential equipment if you want to help prevent a fall. You'll also need a ladder, roofing nails, a crowbar, a utility knife, a tape measure, a chalk line, and a hammer.
Algae-resistant roofing shingles are shingles that have been specially built to resist algae growth. A common method for accomplishing this involves including copper granules in the shingles during the manufacturing process. Algae growth can cause unsightly black streaks on your home's roof, and this may lower your property values.
It can take less than a day to put on a new roof, but it could take as long as several days if the roof is large and complex. Weather conditions will also impact the length of time required for this task, and wind, snow, or rain will slow the process.
In general, the average lifespan of a roof is 20 to 25 years. However, the lifespan of your home's roof will be closely linked to the roofing materials used. Roofing made with asphalt shingles can last 15-30 years, and a metal roof may last 30-45 years. A roof made with concrete tile could last 35-50 years.
