on oct 30 I went to have my truck checked for hard starting, the mech said I needed 2 battery,s at a cost of $400, I left and went to express tire, they checked and found a loose connection on the post. one battery was fine. the cost was $124, this was my second problem with them,i will not be back.

This is the worst place ever. They only care about your money! They cost us $1500 that we did not have to pay. Nothing was wrong and nothing was fixed. Had light to come on in one car. They did work and left with light still on. They did not care. Had oil changed and caused a leak. Filed a complaint and never heard back. Said my van with 200, 000 miles on it didn't have a cracked head so they did work. next day it blew up. Had to buy a new van. If it had a zero rating I would have chose that instead.

I am extremely pleased with Goodyear, they are fair and have honest prices that are affordable. Not to mention their staff is very welcoming. I have enjoyed my experience here, and will continue doing business with in the future.

The first time we had our truck serviced I was quoted a price almost double the competition across the street. After pointing this out, the manager did discount the price although he said he could not match the price. That is my only complaint on that day. After leaving, I noticed my car made the same noise it was taken in for. I had planned on taking it back, but hadn't gotten a chance. When I went to get an oil change at another place, the mechanic told me my part was totally installed wrong and was laughing that whoever did it, did not know what they were doing. I called and was met with much attitude and disrespect and basically told to bring it in, that wasn't possible, and wait to be seen even if I had an appt. I called to get his name and after giving me the mgrs name, last name reluctantly, I hung up. The associate called me back (I hadn't left my name or ph.#), I was told to bring it in the next day, at a time I had already said I couldn't come and basically he'd show me I was wrong. I wrote corporate being that this was the manager and he wouldn't provide me with his bosses name. I received a call from him (the day his manager went there) and a letter from the district manager trying to make it right and somewhat apologizing. I, however, did not want to go back, given the attitude I had been given. I was going to let it go, but today after taking it (to another business) for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my front tire was severely damaged and needed a new tire, an alignment and he was going to investigate what caused it to wear so badly. Well, I got a call back saying that it was the sway bar and it was put on so crazily that although he couldn't say it caused the damage, they put it on correctly and I would not need an alignment, but still needed a new tire! All of this one from not paying attention to the install job and two, pride that maybe it was done wrong and the customer is right. I appreciate the district manager trying to make it right, but sometimes once you are dealt with so rudley esp after your car was done wrong, and no apology from the actual people involved, it won't fix it. Also, I felt even he was bragging on the place saying that store is their best store re customer svc, why would I care when that wasn't my experience? I felt it was an excuse or disservice to my complaint. Anyway, I have moved and found a competent, honest and friendly business to repair our vehicles. Just thought I'd warn any who make go there in the future. Costly mistake on my part.

Worst experience ever. Car came back worse then it was when in to be fixed. Prices double With every call. Promised one price and it keeps doubling on top of not being fixed correctly. Not to mention parts that are part of the car not items in the car magically disappear. And the sign posted is supposed to cover that. They are not liable because the have a sign stating so. Also leave door unlocked in a non gated lot. When you complain it your fault not their's as the owner sees it. Be prepared to be cussed out. Posting for a friend to get word out.

I had a horrible experience! One of the worst ever! I was quoted a price over the phone and got charged 70 bucks more! Then come to find out they put the wrong oil in my car and too much oil. It caused my engine light to come on. My dealership had ti drain the oil and give me another oil change just weeks later! Never had such poor service ever! If I could put no stars I would

I was a first time customer so I used the 5$ off coupon listed here. I had to have my heater worked on and they did a good job. I got it back the next day, had to wait on parts to come in. The price was not high at all. I will use again.

Walked in needed some help didn't know what was wrong with my car. Currie took my keys and said they would check it out. I needed brakes, they got right on it. I had my car back that afternoon without any headache. They got me a Goodyear credit card with no interest for 6 months. Will use again.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
