My family and I purchased a dinning room set online and I went to pick up my order today and I was NOT greeted, the 3/4 people sitting at a table looked at me as if I was just HORRIBLE TRASH! Just because I am a African American female does NOT mean I am a looser, nor trash. I felt so unwanted and so devastated that I would NEVER ever shop at this location again! My family and I have always shopped with VC, but this was our first and LAST time stepping foot in this store!! I would like to THANK the lady that did come to me, she was truly wonderful. And the pick up staff were also very nice and helpful. But to the others that were extremely judgemental and very unprofessional, good luck in the future with your success and happiness!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars. This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a bed frame with my bedroom set two months ago and I'm still trying to get the correct one ordered. No one answers the phone so I have to drive there every time to inquire about it. They said it was ordered and it never was so I had to wait longer. It's there now and no one called me to tell me it has arrived and it's been over a week. And if you do go there don't have Dallas as your sales rep. He was on his phone the entire time I was there. Yes I should've left after that but they had the bedroom set I wanted and a good price after searching for months. After all of this I wish I could have gone somewhere else.

Sale#31686 My husband and I went to the Greenwood store and Vincent helped us out tremendously with our purchase. We hit a snafu here and there along the way but we finally got our mattress set delivered. Vincent has been professional, polite and courteous the entire time, as well as the delivery guys. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend you for anyone looking to purchase new furniture or bedding.

I would not trust this company they try to sell you a warranty that is a joke. We bought a living room set a year ago and the leather is ripping at the seam and all they can say is that we do to cover cracks in the leather. Not to mention, this places a lot of uncertainty about their products.

Ashley furniture is decent, but this location's customer service is AWFUL. I have been trying for WEEKS to get this location to actually deliver my furniture. Every time I call, they put me on hold and never call back. (Again, this has been going on for weeks). Also, they can't seem to keep their customer records straight. I have asked them at least 3 times to update my phone number and email address, yet every time I call they still have the wrong number and claim to have no email on file. This is incredibly frustrating because they make it seem like it's my fault that the furniture is not delivered, despite them not doing their job to contact me at the correct email and address! I wish I had read some of these other reviews before shopping here, because I definitely would have bought my couch and chair elsewhere!!

If you are a person of color don't shop here. You definitely won't get any form of greeting here and i've been to this store about 6 times in the past few months because i'm getting all brand new furniture for my apartment and I've watched the people i walked in with being told about all the great savings and i guess i'm conveniently invisible. i used to LOVE this store. If you like something from here, i suggest you go in store JUST to look at it any BUY ONLINE. I never understand why people work in customer service if they don't want to help people. Anyway, i did make a purchase here and it took me 3 months to get all my parts. Keep in mind this was something that was in stock and this is the only reason i made this purchase because i needed a bed asap. Was very disappointed. By the time i got everything, i didn't even want my bed anymore just based on the crappy service. Now guess what, i'm in the market for a new bed yet again and this other new one can just be in my guest room.

We purchased a king set from this store. The delivery guys couldn't get it to fit up the stairway of our home. The owner came back out same night with our set and an additional set incase it was indeed not able to fit. They got it up and set up in less than 10mins Great Customer service. We had already bought and set up our king frame and would have had to take it down and return it if we couldn't get the king mattress up the stairs. They was very helpful with solutions to our issues and even threw in a new mattress for my son's twin!

We bought a love seat with a chaise lounge we thought it looked really nice in the store. It is junk! We have had it not quite a year and have had it repaired 4 times. After many phone calls and the uncraftmanship of the SAW Furniture Repair people. It is not even built correctly on the inside. Ashley Furniture representative has pretty much said live with it and there's nothing YOU can do about it. I don't know about you but my money doesn't come easy and can't be thrown away on junky furniture that Ashley Furniture won't even stand behind themselves. So take my advice DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!

My husband and I recently bought a mattress from this store on Sept. 7, 2015. I have a feeling we will go thru hell trying to get this mess straightened out. The salesman never once told us we would have to purchase a mattress pad cover from them to be able to return the mattress. He asked us if we had a cover and we said yes. That's as far as it went with that discussion. He also never bothered to tell us there was a 30% restocking fee if we did return the mattress. From what I can decipher from the paper work now even if I took the mattress back, if we decide we don't want to purchase another mattress or pick out another one we just forfeit our money to their store. Can you say this practice might be against the law?Our salesman talked really fast which should have been our first clue something wasn't right. Never did he fully disclose anything about their policy on anything. We were taken in by this store and suggest that you reconsider from buying from them.

THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT THEN I GOT SENT TO ACCEPTANCE NOW THATS WHERE IT ALL WENT DOWN HILL!!!! THEY APPROVED ME FOR 120 DAYS WITH NO INTEREST BUT WITH FEES LOL. OUTRAGOUS FEES AND IF YOU DONT PAY IT OFF LOOK OUT YOURE SCREWED!!! THATS ALL BESIDE THE POINT. I WENT AHEAD AND TOOK THE DEAL AND WAS PROMISED A DATE FOR PICK UP AND THEY CALLED AFTER I TOOK OFF WORK THAT DAY TO TELL ME IT WOULDNT BE THERE THAT DAY!!!! THEN CALLED AND SAID IT WAS THERE ON THAT FRIDAY BUT PART OF THE SECTIONAL WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR! LOL I COULD GO AHEAD AND COME PICK UP WHAT THEY HAD SO FAR AND THE REST WOULD COME IN A DIFFERENT DAY. I LIVE OVER AN HOUR FROM THE STORE SO I TOLD THEM I WOULD COME IN AND GET IT ON MONDAY.. THEY WERE CLOSED ON MONDAY IN THE WAREHOUSE! THE ACCEPTANCE NOW REP SAID IT WAS OK TO COME IN ON MONDAY AND THEY WOULD GET IT DONE.. WHEN I CALLED TO VERIFY THAT ON MY WAY FROM TAKING OFF WORK THEY SAID NO THE WAREHOUSE WAS CLOSED. I THEN CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER AND TO GET A REFUND.. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 3 WEEKS TO GET THE CHECK SENT OUT. I WASNT HAPPY BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.. I CALLED TODAY WHICH ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND THEY HAVENT EVEN MAILED YET AND CORPORATE HAS NO RECORD OF DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION!!!! THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND NOW SEND A CHECK OUT IN 3 MORE WEEKS!!!! 7WEEKS!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOZOS!!!!
