Diamonds Choice provided top notch service. They were very friendly, very helpful, and had beautiful one of a kind pieces. I highly recommend using them and buy local!
Our business trusted Southern Housepitality to sell some furniture for us. We had read their reviews and thought that we could expect professional service. I then went in and talked to the owner in person because she happen to be in that day. Unfortunately, the manager of this company is anything but professional and obviously the owner does not play a part in the day to day operations. I sent a list of prices that listed specific amounts we wanted out of the products. I sit down with the manager and went over the the prices on the day we delivered the products to sell. She then turned around and sold a hutch for half what we discussed a couple of days later. I then went in and they had our products displayed extremely poorly. I asked to speak to the owner since the manager is clearly unprofessional and she told me that they do not give out that information. They then said they would give her a message to call, and of course no call. I would never trust this company again to either buy from or sell through. I do not understand the lack of customer service these days. If I ran my business this way, I would not have one.
Bought several small objects at Greystone Antiques. Sheila wrapped them meticulously for me and enjoyed great conversation and service!
I love this Plato's closet! I live in Spartanburg and I've been to the Plato's closet in Spartanburg several times and hate it. I will now drive 45 minutes to Greenville instead of Spartanburg because Greenville has a nice environment, nice employees, and they take your clothes for the best prices!
Love this place very well organized an reasonable pricing recommend this place as the best resale store I've ever visited to.
Thanks Tray for the new walnut table that you found for me. It looks great in my new house. I have been shopping.on Augusta Rd location and have filled my home with great pieces. Sheila and Peggy have always been nice to me when I visit.
My mom and I walked into the store and were very disappointed. The lady working there was talking with another customer so we waited to be helped. Not only were we not helped, we were not acknowledged. The only thing that was said to us was, "I need to get back there." Not, "Hello" nor "Excuse me" or "Can I help you?" or even "I'll be with you in a minute." I cannot rate their knowledge but the service was sadly lacking.
Sold a scrap necklace today and got double what I was expecting. Definitely will buy from here next time.
Let me take a moment and say how great Diamond Choice is. They provide superior knowledge compared to other stores in the area. They also treat you as if you were family, from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and given their full attention. They're not about just making the sell but also want to be involved in the whole story as to why you came in to buy. They will not quit until they find exactly what you are looking for. So STOP looking anywhere else and start heading over to Diamond Choice.
"i ordered the long tassel monogrammed necklace in silver in January. I initially loved the purchase and had no complaints. The jewelry seemed to be of quality metal. About three months after the purchase, the face of the metal monogram began to bubble. I have worn the piece only a handful of times and this type of damage was shocking to me. When I reached out to the company for either a credit or replacement, they simply referred me to their loosely written return policy. I further argued this was not normal wear and tear, but never received a response. I will not buy from this company again. Their products are cheap and a waste of money."
