Roses 554
I bought some underwear for my wife who was injured and can't get out. I didn't know the $1 bin was full of defective clothing. I tried to return the ones that holes and rips but they would not do it. I had the receipt but the woman refused. If they won't stand behind what they sell then they don't need my business!!!

Christmas Tree Shops
Love this store...they have the best selection of cosmetics, toiletries and beauty supplies, things that I've see on TV but can't find anywhere else. In addition, they have some of the neatest chachkies & unique food items, things you wonder how you ever got along without...I always find myself spending way too long in there browsing and, as my hubby would say, way too much money, but the prices are very reasonable and better than at other similar stores. Christmas Tree Shops...whoda thunk?

Ollie's Bargain Outlet
This store is a shame to even be considered an Ollie's. I work at the Ollie's in Greenwood SC. The customer service was terrible! The employees were very rude and misleading!

Ollie's Bargain Outlet
Rude customer service walked in 20 minutes til closing time. Employee met us at the door and stated they were closing in 5 minutes. My husband and I just left we wouldn't have had time to get what we needed and checked out in 5 minutes.

Ross Dress for Less
I was at this store yesterday. It is the first and will be the last time I go to Ross. They have two lines at checkout. One for returns and one for purchases. The cashiers (there were three) just said 'next'. The return line were closest to one particular cashier. all the return people got served quickly before anyone in the regular sales line was served. The other two cashiers were also working on returns. I got the impression there was a lot of returns. At this point there were three more people lining up behind me. Still, cashiers were handling returns. The manager walked quickly by and mentioned to the closest cashier that sales are a priority over returns. She just said 'okay' and continued with her return. So, 10 minutes tick by and I am still first in the sales line. The 'fast' cashier that doesn't seem to know that sales in priority says 'next' again. Of course, the return line person races to her...but wait.....she is a new sale person, that was just in the return line.......OK, I JUST LEFT MY STUFF AND WALKED. I WON"T BE BACK> IT JUST ISN"T THAT GREAT OF A STORE OR THE DEAL EITHER.

Ross Dress for Less
While the deals are good and the store is larger than some other Ross stores, the store was a mess. I stood in line for nearly 20 minutes. The cashier didn't call for back up until the line had reached half way past the dress section. I know for a fact that Ross' rule is to call for back up if there is 3 or more people in line (I work at the Anderson store). Being an employee of the company myself, I was surprised that my fellow employees were so unfriendly. It's a shame I can't make this complaint to the company.

Just a moment...
