I stayed here with my dog for two nights during the Greenville dog show. Before making the online reservation, I called to make sure that pets were allowed and was assured that they were. I was going to go ahead and book over the phone, but the person I spoke to advised me that if I booked online, it would be much cheaper. Upon arrival, check in only took a few moments. When I arrived in my room, I found that the deadbolt lock did not work properly. I went back to the desk and the attendant came up right away to see if he could fix the problem. He could not, and advised me there were no more rooms available. I said I couldn't stay in a room with no lock. He then asked me if I would be willing to take a smoking room instead. At that point, I said that would be fine. When I got to the new room, I was surprised to find that there was NO smell of smoke at all and I am VERY sensitive to the odor of cigarettes. The room was very clean, the bed surprisingly comfortable for a hotel bed, and the pillows quite comfortable. There were also four pillows on each bed instead of the usual two. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, coffee, and cream and sugar. For less than $60 a night, this can't be beat.

On the outside, this hotel was just as lovely as the rest of the Comfort Inn family. The inner lobby was amazing as normal, but once in the guest rooms you could see that the building had some age, with electrical and sprinkler fixtures not exactly hidden, but piped in across the ceiling. In spite of it's age, this was a wonderful hotel! These little aesthetic things were the only indications that the hotel had been renovated. The beds and linens were great just as expected, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely reccommend this hotel and its friendly staff to anyone passing through!

I always look for deals, bit of a kumudgeon, and usually end up getting what I pay for. But this hotel was more than the wife and I planned for! Great location, no unsightly neighbors and didn't worry about our car and belongingings. Great staff, brought us extra pillows, tea bags, and even shared a couple stories while I got change from the counter. Nice and clean, room was well made up and no worries at all. Had a suite for a room price and had a good breakfat to boot! Will definately be staying again as we travel to Greenville frequently to see kids.

I stayed here one night for business, and it was only 52 dollars after tax for one night. The room was nice and comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast room was very large and very modern and clean, it was a good breakfast as well. I was on the 4th floor of the 5 story hotel, and it was nice and quiet and clean. Overall it was a good value on the hotel, I was working business up in Hendersonville and Asheville NC, and stayed here it was much cheaper then any rooms I found up there.

Great place to stay. I didn't have any of the problems of the previous reviewer. The refrigerator in my room was nice and cold, and everything was very clean. Fridge and microwave worked great, wireless internet was easy to connect to and very fast. Nice adjustable shower head with a massage option. Nice breakfast area, and they didn't mind me taking a bowl and some utensils in the evening. Great location and value. I would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in order to attend a wedding in Greenville. We chose it because we took her Chachachua with us and needed a pet friendly hotel. The staff were extrememly friendly and more than accomadating us in any way possible. The room was very clean. The hot breakfast bar had a lot to offer. The hotel is within minutes to malls, resturants and many many specialty stores.

We were in Greenville for a concert and wanted to stay near the BiLo Center. The Comfort Inn was about 4 miles away and very conveniently located to other restaurants as well. It is an older hotel that has totally been remodeled. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and uneventful with working internet and no bed bugs. Allison behind the counter recommended a restaurant with local-style fare. All in all, this hotel was a positive experience in a nice neighborhood – clustered in with a bunch of other hotels including, I believe, a Hilton and other high-end franchises.

The price was so low I was expecting the worst, but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. The location is next to other large hotels, and near shopping. Many restaurants in close proximity.

Just a moment...
