Bravo Nouvelle Cuisine of Mexico
Do not go to Bravo expecting "traditional" (as in what the typical Mexican restaurant in the southern U.S. cause I've never actually been to Mexico and can't rightly say what is truly traditional) Mexican food. First, the cheapest item on the menu is about $8, I'm used to the $6 combos. There are no Enchiladas, no Chile Rellenos, no pablamos, no beans and rice that come with each meal, mariachi band music, no latin music at all, in fact, I don't think there was even a Mexican that worked there. I had a taco steak salad. It looked more like a steak salad with a flower tortilla as the bowl. No guacamole, no sour cream, no ground cumin or chili in the seasoning of the meat. It tasted good. Actually tasted like a cheeseburger salad, but not a "taco salad". My friend had one with the ground beef. It tasted o.k., but the ground beef was seasoned more like a sloppy joe or even pasta sauce than "Mexican" seasoning. Anywho...the food was not BAD.. it just wasn't what we expected.

My daughter and I ate here for the first time today. The food was wonderful and the portions were large. We had plenty of leftovers to take home. The wait staff was very attentive. We never had to ask for drink refills. Our waitress was Shannon and she did a great job. The manager stopped by our table to ask how if everything was to our satisfaction. He gave us a large piece of a wonderful cake for free since it was our first visit. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Sabroso Mexican Grille
Sabroso continues to serve the highest quality food in the area. They make fantastic fajitas, and their chicken fajitas wrap is unbelievable with alot of food but only $8.99. If you want a great burger loaded with alot of fries for only $7.99 sabroso is the place to go. Marcus makes the absolute best tasting burritos in town , but our favorite is their hot salsa. You cant go wrong with sabroso, and their make their own salad dressings not loaded with MSG.

The Local Taco
My boyfriend and I used to go to The Local Taco one night a week, every week! We have only had one bad experience due to us sitting at a table for 20 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us. She never refilled our drinks, or came back to check on us at all until she brought us the check. OTHER THAN THAT; its awesome! Great food! Great service! Great prices! It's a cool little spot. Will be back, and would recommend for sure!

Smoke On The Water
If you are looking for casual dining with real plates and forks but the absolute best pulled pork, this is the place to go. Their meat needed no sauce as far as I was concerned. The flavor was exquisite (but I did put some of their choices of sauces on the side and they were good too). Their onion rings were light and fluffy and my husband had their bourbon pecan pie -- he almost wouldn't share.Try it !

Mike & Jeff's BBQ
Absolutely the "biggest" ribs and best smoked taste in town. And if one of mama's cakes happens to show up on the counter, better grab a most excellent slice.
