DATELINE 02NOV2013:SUBJECT: CUSTOMER COMPASSIONPERSONNEL: AMANDAWe have all experienced those days we would rather forget. There are days we would also want to remember. Susan and I were on our first vacation in five years heading from D.C to the rental cabin deep in the Smokey Mountains. The call we all hate to receive, came in from Peosta, Iowa, we had lost a family member, the trip was now cancelled. Detour taken and hours later we were standing in front of Amanda at the Ramada located in Greenburg, PA. Emotionally and physically drained, we checked in with Amanda and as we were ready to head to our room Susan asked, if we could upgrade to a room with a Jacuzzi tub, we are having a day from hell. Without so much as a blink of an eye Amanda immediately switched out our pass keys and the best room was ours to use. Amanda is your service professional that is instinctive to your customers needs and for that,we thank you. Remie & Susan
