Had dinner and was a little pricey but food was good and service also. However at 10 bucks for 2 tacos , rice and beans then wanted a 1.50 for sour cream !!! No way ! Will not go back. Smaller main course portion than most also.

POOR SERVICE. BAD FOOD. Thinking about dining at the Mayflower Restaurant (now Roza Mayflower) in Greensboro? Don’t bother. We had the WORST experience there yesterday. There were 4 in my party. Two of us ordered broiled combos (2-item combo with scallops and tilapia—and a 3-item combo with scallops, jumbo shrimp and flounder). I also ordered a side salad that never came. The scallops were not fresh… they were old, rubbery and full of grit. It felt like I was eating sand. The ‘jumbo shrimp’ were (literally) about the size of a quarter and could barely be considered medium size… not even large shrimp, and definitely NOT jumbo. The piece of flounder was not much larger than a credit card and had no flavor. I tasted ½ of one scallop and a small bite of the flounder and immediately sent it back. The waitress took a revised order for popcorn shrimp and trout. Twenty minutes later, a manager came to the table and said “I placed your order, but he (the owner) scratched it, and just listed your baked potato.” We were confused and asked, “Is the order coming?” She said yes, and that she would go check on it. But the original server was nearby and shook her head at us. She quietly said, “No. He’s not gonna do it. It’s not coming.” She knew they were refusing to make any corrections for the jacked up order they originally prepared because they had done it to other customers before. I told my husband, forget it. Let’s get out of here. I left without eating anything other than the few bites of my baked potato and yes…. they charged me $2.15 for it. The Mayflower sign is still in front of the building, but this is NOT the restaurant we enjoyed many times over the years. They've changed. The scallops were not fresh, the shrimp were tiny and the fish had no flavor. Top it off with new management that has NO concern about good service or making things right for their customers, and it’s a recipe for where NOT to ever eat again. I’d rate them a ZERO if I could.

Our waitress was the best part of dining here Evelyn G. She was a great waitress. She knew the items on the menu. All restaurants in Greensboro, NC need more waitresses more like Evelyn. As for the food, I had the Turkey Reuben and it was dry and my fiance' had the Philly he said it was sweet and kinda dry also. My side was Mac And Cheese it was dry also. The prices were slightly high. Not the greatest food we ever had. May or may not go back.

Since moving to Greensboro in September my wife and I drive here every Saturday morning for breakfast. The is always hot. The portions are big and the service is second to none. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Curtis G.

The Cheesecake Factory
I know they are new & busy BUT.... after waiting for an hour to get in ( which wasn't bad for a Friday) we waited for another 1 1/2 hours to get our food. Then we got our food and my chicken was hot but the potatos were cold, I didn't dare say anything in fear I would never get my food back. I pulled lots of fat off the paper thin pieces of chicken which was unacceptable for a dish that cost almost $ 18.00. We ordered cheese cake to go and waited another 25 minutes to get that. When all was said and done we wasted 3hrs. & $58.00. I have been to the Cheesecake Factory in Vegas & Raleigh and loved both places, but Greensboro is a big disappointment. Go to Harper's and cheesecake by Alex. You will save time & money.

Libby Hill Seafood Oyster Bar
This is the only Libby Hill in Greensboro that I will visit willingly ����. The food is always fresh & extra hot. Service is great as well.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
The ONLY reason there is 1 star is because I couldn't rate it with 0. A year ago I took my 2 daughters here. After 15 minutes of waiting for a server, we were asked what we would like to drink. When the water came, I took a sip and low and behold..I tasted chemicals. Possibly CLEANING chemicals! I asked for a manager. Long story short. Corporate office called me and made me feel a little better about the situation. Fast forward 1 year: We went back (hoping the staff had changed--and they had). We got a to-go order. After 7 minutes of waiting on a server, he was polite and nice. 20 minutes later our order came out. It was missing 2 sides and was COLD! COLD after 20 minutes?? I will NEVER EVER EVER go to this location again.

Mayflower Seafood Restaurant
It's hard when you have been in management for over 10 years and knows the importance of good cust serv Not even going above and beyond but just old fashioned CS My husband and I went to eat here this evening. We walked in it was freezing the air was full blast and every fan in the building was on. Mind you it is close to 7 PM and raining. We went to the car to see if I had something that I could put on and when we didn't I asked if the one fan directly over me could be turned off. I was told No if they turn one off all of them get turned off we decided to take the food to go because I couldn't bare it. Imagine my surprise when we get ready to pay that there is an up-charge for taking it to go. I asked for the manger only to find out he is the OWNER. Explained myreason we were leaving was because it was uncomfortable he says ok thank you. Not even an apology sorry for the inconvenience nothing. I'm one person I get it but I'll never be back. A sincere apology goes along way.

Kickback Jacks
I ordered the Shrimp and Rib's combo that should have been a full rack of Ribs. When it came it looked like two riblet's.The manager came and said that is what they're selling with a slight attitude, like what is the problem.
