I have lived here for a lil bit over a month and it sucks!! Poor Management and poor living conditions. I stopped paying rent because they would not repair faults with the apartment so they took me to court and now I have 10 days to get out.... I wanted to jump for joy when that judgement was made lol. Just to name a few things, our ac unit on the inside of the apartment constantly leaks and then freezes up which haa caused black mold to build up all over the walls, not to mention that the ac unit on the inside is about to fall through the wood seperator and below is the hot water heater which the water is dripping on and if ya know anything about plumbing, water dripping on a hot water heater is not good at all which makes it a ticking timebomb basically.... umm lets see what else... oh the dishwasher keeps backing upwith black water, and into the kitchen sink..... do i really need to include any more faults along with other reviews. As far as the good stuff, its a fairly quiet area and most of the tenants are nice and respectful except for one in particular that has harrassed us all the time. Nothing has been done to fix these issues so im going somewhere much much nicer and cleaner with landlords that actually care about the welfare of there tenants
love the layout of the apt and location but management is absolutely horrible!!! Had to call corporate to get trash picked up around my building from beer bottles to blunt wraps and not enough parking!! I was told when i moved in she was going to turn the tennis courts into a playground and 6 months later nothing!! Manager and maintenance just sit in the office all day doing nothing from what i can tell....DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
To make it short and sweet: I have paid approximately $1000 in water bills over the last 9 months due to a water leak in my apartment. I complained for months to management and nothing happened until I called a City Inspector out. I have received no assistance from management on these extremely high water bills. Do not live here!!!! As soon as my lease is up, I'm leaving!
I'll make this short and sweet. I have paid an excessively high water bill for the last 3 billing cycles $292, $312, and $449. The apartment had a plumbing problem (a leak) before I moved in obviously. I had complained about the leak and my water bill since June. It is now January and I'm looking at a $449 water bill and absolutely no assistance on it from management. As soon as my lease is up, I'm out! DON'T LIVE HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
