We had a cooling emergency the weekend of June 23-24. I started calling placed on Sunday morning to get someone to fix the unit. I have elderly parents and both have heart issues. My father is on oxygen all the time. The heat is very difficult for both of them. I called several places and got answering machines. I left message after message on the "emergency" lines but no one ever called me back.I called Mitchell H&A and was rewarded with a human being on the other end of the line. She said she was with the answering service and she would call Rick right away. Well, Rick called right back and was at out house in about a half an hour. He was extremely professional and polite. He took care of the problem and had us cooling down in no time at all. He took the time to explain what had happened and what to do if it happened again. He was respectful to my parents and I really appreciate that.A company is only as good as the representatives that are sent out in the company name. Rick is an asset to you and I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with his professionalism and courtesy.I have your name and number for any and all future problems we may have. The unit we have is pretty old and will soon need replacing. It will be a pleasure to work with Mitchell Heating and Air again when that time comes.D. BlakeGreensboro, NC

I have been doing business with Mitchell Heating and Air for a long time. I have found all of your employees (office and installers) to be nothing but courteous. I know the installers had a difficult time in my attic and to deal with all the junk and hot weather and still be pleasant says something for the caliber of people who work for you. I hope you will pass on my thanks to these people. Although you were not the cheapest estimate I recieved, I have not once regretted my decision to have you install my new system.D. We had a unexpected death in the family and had guests coming into town. We called them and asked if we could book the same day (Friday). they had no availability but the owner made special arrangements to have a crew come to our home to clean. Not only did they do a great job but the understanding and compassion for our family was outstanding. Thank you so much for accomodating us during our difficulty time.
