Hello. Im writing about my consistently wonderful experience with Quality Auto. A good friend suggested i try Quality Auto after being stranded, once again, due to a mystery problem that kept shorting out the electrical component of my aged car. Id been loyal to a major car repair chain for years but newer mgmt at that establishment could never find a lasting solution to my vehicle's issues - and that proved very pricy. I was tired of being left stranded at any given time. I also grew tired of paying for the same exact sensors so frequently. TOO frequently. So i was happy to try Quality Auto. After a thorough investigation, the Quality Auto team found the culprit - a leaky radiator- and fixed her right up good as new! ive had no problems since with that issue! Quality Auto is now who i trust EXCLUSIVELY for my auto needs. They have earned my trust as well as my loyalty many times over. They have lived up to their name time and time again. The technicians are well seasoned beyond their years and are what i consider to be "old school" - meaning their practical experience and working knowlege in the complexities of auto repair far exceeds what theyve learned from a book (schooling). And thats the kind of mechanic i want - someone who has the know how as well as the gumption to problem-solve and find the solution to unexplainable issues my car may be displaying and fixing them once and for all. I am so grateful to Doyle and his team of brilliant mechanics! They have been a true God-send. Quality Auto is also an HONEST business - ive only been sold what i needed and nothing more. The customer service is professional, friendly and sincere. The prices are highly competitive and actually, you get SO much more for your money at Quality Auto -- you get the expertise of tried and true technicians who will work tirelessly until the problem is solved. The technicians are tenacious and take great pride in their work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUALITY AUTO TO EVERYONE. My only regret is that i didnt find them sooner! But better late than never! Quality Auto has my ravest reviews.

What a December! On a Saturday morning, early this month my car of 17 years broke down and I had AAA towing services tow it to thier Wendover Ave. Car Care Center to be looked at. After waiting for several hours I was solomly told that my car had some sever and potentially extremely "$,$$$'s" costly damage to its engine. That afternoon I had to begin looking for a new car. I asked about leaving my car there in the service lot while I went looking. I was told I could leave it there for a day or two then there might be charges after that. While waiting to be picked up that afternoon, I went online car shoping and was blessed to see a potential car to purchase at a dealership on the other side of Wendover Ave., which was located about seven or less minutes away from the AAA location. That evening a purcase was made and all I needed to do was make the trade arrangements for that coming Monday (I thought - ����).Sunday morning I called AAA to see about having them tow my car the short distance to the dealership and was told that they do not tow vehicles to dealerships for selling or trading purposes. I asked if they could give me numbers for towing services they gladly did! I called several. $75 was what most everyone charges inside the city.When I called Bobby's Towing & Recovery The lady Shea whom I spoke with was was so kind and friendly when I asked her about your pricing and I wanted to see if you all could work with me on cost adjusting for my towing needs in this sutuation. She encouraged me to call back on Monday and ask to speak with Clarence the manager. On Monday morning I spoke with another friendly lady named Penny who took my name and number after listening kindly to my costly delima. Several hours later Penny called me back offering me a generously kind solution to my towing situation. In under 45 mins. Iater I arrived at the AAA parking lot where one of your towing trucks & a very helpful friendly towing technician Sean was there!

Motorworks Randy Jensen
First let me start off by saying this right here. Before I came to Randy I was told that EuroBahn was the best place to get your car service for any repairs and they were very knowledgeable. I let them replace the air pump and the relay switch about a week later check engine light comes on again and the pump went out. So they replace the air pump again and then the same thing happened again. I took my car to the Mercedes Benz dealer and they told me that the wires was backward, so I took it back to EuroBahn after paying 104 bucks and the Dealership was wrong. EuroBahn kept my car over night trying to figure out the problem and they still could not figure it out. So they advice me that I might need to replace the SAM or ME but they wasn't sure if this would solve the issue. I was like never mind I will find someone else, so I was doing a google search and ran across Randy Jensen 37 years of experience I was like let me give him a shot. I stop by his shop just to discuss my issue that I was having. Randy told me to bring the car up to his shop and he will see what the problem is. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning and he gave me a loan. Randy calls me back a few hours later and said I think I solved your problem it was the secondary relay switch the one that was on there was a cheap version which Eurobahn used. Randy told me that they had a recall on the switch and that was my problem. Car has been running for two weeks and no check engine light, I want to thank Randy for his help and he will be my number one Mercedes Benz mechanic from here on out. I would recommend Randy to anyone who drive a Mercedes Benz and his prices are great. Thanks Randy!!!!!

My first experience was a few months ago. I was looking to have a front end alignment done, front brakes and new tires so I looked for places through Google. After reading the reviews I chose Hall Tire. Josh and his guys did a great job at a good price and talked to me all through the process. Today I went back to have the rear brakes replaced expecting to have to pay from $200 to $300 dollars. Josh came to me and asked me to come out into the garage to look at my brakes. Once in the garage he showed my brakes compared to the new ones. He and his mechanic both told me they did not feel my brakes needed replacing. Most places would have just replaced the brakes, charged me for it and sent me down the road. The mechanic spent about an hour taking everything apart and putting it back together. When Josh told me they were finished with my truck I asked how much I owed and was told I owed nothing. I even tried to pay them for their time and Josh would not accept it. I live in north Greensboro and have no less than 5 tire shops within 4 miles of my house but I will gladly pass them up and continue to go to Hall. Other businesses could learn from Josh, Jimmy and the folks at Hall about customer relations.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO REPAIR SERVICE -- HANDS DOWN! They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows!After recent career changes, finances have been extra tight. I looked all over for used tires - one to replace the spare I had on following a flat, and one for the other wire-exposed front. A & J's was the only place to have the right size, and the price was very affordable.When I got there, it turned out my spare had been put on improperly by AAA (nuts not tightened), and my studs were ruined by the loose tire. It was late in the day and what I expected to be a 15 minute job, was suddenly more complicated.Alex and his lovely wife Jordan showed great safety concerns for my children and me, and made us feel very welcomed - despite the unexpected late-day extra work. He got the parts quickly and affordably, and got us safely back on the road in no time. I witnessed this same excellent service for other customers as I waited. I just had my 2003 Lexus 300RX in for an inspection. They told me that the timing belt was due to be replaced, showed me an oil leak on from a bad seal that was damaging the belt and power steering belt (which had to be replaced that day). They immediately fixed the steering belt which meant the car passed inspection. They then gave me a quote for the repairs needed. I scheduled a time a few weeks later for them to do the extensive repair. David Ho is a Master Tech for Toyota. He found several sheared bolts that needed to be drilled out and replaced. All of these things (which are time-consuming and difficult tasks) were done in a reasonable time period without extra charges; they honored their original price quote despite the unexpected complications. I was VERY impressed with the service, pricing etc and will now bring my cars there and nowhere else.

You have got to go by there. Today was the best customer service experience I have had since moving to NC two years ago period. From resturants to retail, grocery stores even auto repair shops, this one is the best. I went in for a car inspection. Never before have I been met in the parking lot before I could turn my car off with mam how can we help you today? I was also escorted to a very clean waiting area. I was not bombarded with add ons. I only needed a bulb with installation for a whopping six dollars and change. I was floored. The last guy wanted to charge me thirty six bucks for a bulb and installation. I will tell everyone if given the chance this is the place to check first for your car needs.

Chuck is a genius. Foreign Accents is the best automotive shop, bar none, I've encountered anywhere. No one knows more about Subarus than Chuck, and no one gives better and more professional guidance than Jennifer. I am so grateful to all of you for giving stellar advice (Chuck), in this case convincing my insurance company not to consider my car a total loss (Jennifer), finding the perfect parts--exact model, year, etc to repair the car flawlessly (Scott) and making the car, post-crunch, better than before (Chuck), in less than a day. I would argue that you indeed do body work, more expertly, more professionally and creatively (less expensively) than 'body shops' who advertise as such. I cannot say enough about Foreign Accents. I recommend you to everyone I know. Eleven stars.

We are a very unique customer for Berico. We use them to maintain our seven air conditioners for our commercial data center with hundreds of servers, routers and switches/ Their techs are always careful in our data center and take extra caution to make sure they don't disturb any of the servers. Second, Berico provides us same day delivery of off-road use diesel fuel for our 200 gallon 250KW diesel generator to support our data center in the event of power failures. While we have not had to use the generator in more than 8 years it is tested and run every friday. Thank you Berio for the great customer service. As a service company ourselves we see the value in good customer relationships and local service.

I LOVE this place. They're always quick, affordable, and have great customer service. Today they fixed my flat tire for free which is unbelievably awesome. I don't know much about cars and usually feel pretty dumb when I bring my car in anywhere to get work done but they have never made me feel this way even when they could have. A few months ago I brought my car in and complained about how dim the lights on my dash were and somehow they managed to get the message across to me that all I had to do was hit a switch to make it brighter and they weren't even the least bit condescending about it. And how do you not roll your eyes at something like that? Haha. So yeah, I'm an idiot, but Taylor Tire is awesome.
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
