Moore’s Repair Inc
After calling Matt to get an estimate on a blend door actuator I was quoted a price of $175. If it was on right side of dash. Told over the phone it would be more if on left side cause the left side is more difficult to install. I suspected it was on left side cause you could hear clicking noise coming from it there. I made an appointment to have it fixed an dropped off the car. About 30 minutes later I get a call saying it was left side actuator and cost would be $675-$700 to fix. Price was too high for me so I returned to Moore's to pick vehicle up. They charged me $39.78 to confirm what I told them problem was an out of that charge was a $1.53 for hazardous materials. No idea why hazmat was a factor. But regardless $39.78 to tell me how much cost would be is excessive from my opinion.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change
Every time I go there they do a good job the prices seem to be fair to me and I like that it only takes them about 15 to 20 minutes

Bill's Auto is one of those gems in the car repair business. That crew says what needs to be done, does what needs to be done to keep your car or truck on the road. Fair and honest pricing, top quality work. We are lucky to have such a business in the Greenfield area.

They are 100% honest. Several times I've taken my car in telling them I expect an expensive repair, and had them tell me that my car only needs something minor (and inexpensive). I love them.

Sparks Automotive Mobile
While on our way to Wisconsin in our RV we had what we thought were brake issues, which we thought had been fixed by our now-former mechanic. Mr. Sparks was able to come to us, explain what he was doing, and get us back on the road in less than 3 hours. He included both of us in his discussions and then took us on a test-drive to be sure we were ready for the road. His prices are more than fair and his customer service? Well, the man called us later that night just to check on us. I can honestly say no other mechanic has ever done that! Thank you, Mr. Sparks...you literally saved our vacation!

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
