GO IF YOU HAVE HOURS TO WAIST IN WAITING ROOM !!We visited three times first two the wait was well over one hour, last one today was the last draw ..after waiting for two hours with two infants we left out After 90 mins I started to voice my concern ( which they do not like and all they did was laugh about it ) I found out from others in the room that this is common practice in thus office They even refused to give me a copy of the last visit so I can find another doctor to continue with I was told to send in a request thru the new doctor after I find one I asked why if I'm here now u can not get it ?After another 30 mins of back and forth with a doctor who never came out to address my concerns I had to put a request in writing while trying to calm down a crying infant and even after that I was told, " I can not give it tonyiu now, we will e mail it to you within 5 days"My resoonce was, " I'm sure you will not do it "Before I left out serveral of the ppl waiting in the room confirmed to me that the wait issue is common in this office

be prepared to spend hours in waiting rooms to spend just minutes with doctors.. I just dont understand why I am still in the waiting room at 3:15 when I came early for my 2:00 appointment.. this happens every time I come here.. please do yourself a favor and seek other retina specialists.
