Zane M Pic Atty
We have used Zane Pic for the past 10 years for family law in a high conflict case. We have come out ahead in all of our cases. He is very professional and knows the case law very well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new lawyer.

Sedlak Melanie A Pc
Save your money and choose someone else to handle your divorce. Melanie Sedlak took two weeks to respond to my inquiry about how to handle taxes during our proceedings (the IRS doesn’t wait!) and had the nerve to call me 10 minutes before mediation to ask if I wanted her to be present. Of course when I showed up my ex was present with his attorney.... status conference post mediation I called in on time and the court was asking where my attorney was. I was told she was a total tough bulldog but I found little motivation or tough within her. She lazily told me the judge would likely half the debt and didn’t put any effort in. I canned her and got a different attorney.

Creekview Apartments
We lived at Creek View Apartments for four very long winter months on the second floor. The carpet is so thin we had to be careful not to step on tack strips with bare feet. Ouch!Parking is an huge problem, particularly on the weekends. Spaces anywhere close to our apartment filled early and we walked some distance, sometimes with groceries in tow, to our apartment. Our upstairs neighbors was actually one of the apartment managers. We could hear every single step, morning noon and night! Our neighbors below liked to party on their patio and we could hear every word of their conversations. It was loud at 2 AM!Another neighbor slammed his door each and every time he came or went. Shook the whole building. He also liked to idle his loud diesel truck out front of our apartment for a half an hour or so at six AM, Monday through Friday.Traffic on 20th Street can be very loud. Last but not least, plan on losing a fair amount of your deposit for cleaning when you leave. Doesn't matter how clean you leave it. They'll find some reason to charge you for a complete cleaning.

Hause W Troy
This is only my personal experience with this man and should be regarded as such. At our hearing judge Hause was presented with mountains of evidence proving my child's mother to be an unfit parent. They had literally no evidence against myself. Through her testimony it was proven she has moved 9 times in 2 years. Has been in at least 3 relationship which all involved domestic violence. Refused to take a drug test for 2 months (just enough time to get clean) and has never put our daughter's needs before her own. In his ruling he made it clear that his OPINION was that the building of my case as an act of spite. And I failed to put my daughter's best interests ahead of my own in doing so. He put ALL of the evidence aside and ruled that the extremely unstable irrational and unreliable person that is my daughter's mother be awarded primary custody. In doing so he has put my daughter's well being at risk. There was NO logic to his decision. BEWARE JUDGE HAUSE.

La Saveur Cajun, LLC
Horrible, truly horrible. Today I went in and placed an order at 11:48 am for an Arizona Sweet Tea and a Fried Shrimp Poboy....as I sat and waited for my order an either large mouse or small rat, ran out from the kitchen and along the wall of the dining area. I jumped up and ran to report this to the cashier...who did't seem concerned at all..she only said "would you like this to go?". I wanted to scream "oh hell no, I want my money back" but it was clear that wasn't going to happen. The cook came out and made a very "lame" apology..."I"m sorry you had to see that" then blamed a former tenant in the building and the landlord..for the vermin that exited THEIR kitchen. I've reported this to the Weld County Health Dept. and I'll report it to anyone who will listen..the Poboy went right into the trash!

Tips & Advices
Irrigation system advantages:
  • Lowers water bill and maintenance time with scheduled watering
  • Evenly distributes water
Irrigation system disadvantages:
  • Professionally installed systems cost between $3,000-$4,000 for a quarter-acre lot.
  • Some do-it-yourself systems cost up to $1,500 but are difficult to install.
  • You may need to call a professional electrician and plumber, adding $300-$600 to your project.
Some plants can stand up to the cold weather, like kale or pansies. These can be planted in the autumn or early winter. Other plants need to wait until the soil is warm and ready. Plant perennial flowers in mid-autumn or mid-spring. If you're planting from seed or sprout, you can generally find information about planting conditions on the package.
Why get artificial grass?
  • Cuts down on lawn maintenance
  • It's environmentally friendly since there’s no need to water.
  • Artificial grasses may be more attractive than real grass in drought-stricken areas.
Why stick to the real deal?
  • Artificial grass has a high upfront cost - $15 to $20 per square foot.
  • It can be difficult to install.
  • Inexpensive options might look unnatural.
  • It gets hot in the sun.
First, determine which pests you're dealing with. Mounds or tunnels indicate moles or voles. Apply castor oil to your lawn; they'll find another digging spot. Determine which bugs you have by pouring a bucket of soapy water onto the lawn. The bugs will surface so you can identify them. Milky spore and nematodes keep grubs and other bugs at bay. Insecticidal soap also works. The best way to prevent pests is with good yard maintenance. Certain bugs prefer overwatered lawns or yards with thatches. Regular mowing, watering, and dethatching discourage pests from moving in.
Fertilizer isn't always necessary, but it can keep your lawn looking lush and healthy. Use fertilizer with slow release nitrogen so it doesn't encourage weeds to grow. Keep in mind that overfertilizing can spur weed growth. However, under-fertilizing can result in weak grass, which gives weeds more space to take root.
