Kilroy's Towing Service
If anyone knows kilroys we would not treat a customer like that and the owner kent and his son are stright up honest people. So bart for u to bash them u should go talk to them in person instead of assuming things kent and his son (scott) always try to do the right thing for people if u were not happy u could have gone else where and get screwed.

Kilroy's Towing Service
Nov,05,15so my wife went to Kilroy's and got a couple tires and on her way home on hwy 49 at 60 mph the tire came off the rim, the car fishtailed and almost crashed into the new 49 off ramp onto Dorsey. she called them and they did put another tire on after she had to listen to there argent stuck up smart ass denying all responsibility. she got home told me the car isn't driving right so i drove it and it felt like the alignment was out so i called them and asked if they can fix it , the lady i talked to said they don't do that there, and so i asked her if they were going to pay to have it done, she said kent (owner) was not in and will have to wait in tell he got back. When my wife returned to killroys only the owners son was there and was being a smart ass and told her to f*** off.i have heard of a lot of people say that kilroys ripped them off.

Kilroy's Towing Service
Don't waist time bad service. The guy working in parts told me he had 205/60r15 tires when I get down there there's no 205/60r15s and tries to sell me 205/65r15 which are a little tight on my car. But I take them into consideration anyway and when I tell him I'll take them, he doesn't even have them all. I'm not the most well off person so for me to waist the gas and time to go down there is a lot for me. So people do not waist your time
Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
