Rigs & Rides
If you need a dependable car and great service, these are the guys to deal with. I got a clean, great running car for well under low blue book and was treated like family the whole time. I needed to drive to So. Cal immediately after purchase. I bought all the supplies for tuneup, oil change and coolant change. Really didn't need all that but I had some extra cash because of the deal they gave me. They helped me do all the maintenance on the car lot and one of the sales guys even buffed out the paint for me. Wow! Talk about great customer service! These guys will go the extra mile to hook you up with a great car.I personally recommend you go see these guys first before buying a car. They offer great warranty plans but, I didn't need one because the car was in great condition. I've never had a problem with it.Thanks to Josh B. for helping me get into an awesome ride !!!

Bridge Street Auto & RV Repair
Although unable to complete repairs to the A/C in my motor home due to a conflict in warranty support (no fault of this shop), Bridge Street Auto & RV Repair did a thorough diagnosis of the failure, and then went out of their way to get the vehicle to the warranty provider where the warranty work could be completed which included delivering the motor home to Pacific Truck Center in Medford for me. They volunteered to do that! That's superior customer support in my opinion. I only dinged them on promptness, because they were unexpectedly short handed at the time of the service request due to the unplanned departure of a technician. I will definitely take my future auto and RV service issues to Bridge Street Auto & RV Repair, and highly recommend them to others.

Redwood Auto
Obviously this Britney girl is very young and Immature. When her mother wasn't approved for financing by the banks, she became very angry that she couldn't buy a car from the dealership. What seemed to me was very unprofessional was her comments about her situation with her husband and that she was going to be out drinking without him with her 18 year old daughter? Kind of odd as if she was cluing something to me as a married man. I did share that I too had stressful times but, loved my wife and family. Attacks like these are very low towards a family oriented dealership that served and blessed so many folks in the community. Very sad that someone would publicly stoop so low.

Rigs & Rides
I have purchased two vehicles through Rigs & Rides. They have been great reliable vehicles and I still have both of them. Every time I purchased vehicles I have been treated fairly and felt I received a fair deal. The sales people were very helpful in getting me into a vehicle that I was looking for in the price range that I was shopping. With their large diverse inventory of cars and trucks I know that I will be back to shop for my next vehicle. I have referred both friends and family to Rigs and Rides who have also had positive buying experiences.

Huck's Garage
Huck did a great job rebuilding/reinstalling the carburetor on my 1989 Toyota Corolla. Since he's in such high demand, it took several weeks to schedule my appointment, but once started he prioritized the job and stayed on it 'til completion, advising me every step of the way, ensuring I had the correct parts, and that the repair process was performed to my satisfaction. He was honest, courteous, professional and, while not inexpensive, fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Schroeder Auto Wholesale
Sean @ the GP location has been great! Searching long and hard for the perfect truck and he finally got the exact one we've been looking for. 3rd time customer and I'm sure we'll buy again. Our last vehicle has a flat tire (broken valve stem) and no key for the special lug nuts. Rather than spending $360 @ Les Schwabs...Sean took it to their shop and got it all repairs done that night. No cost to us. :) They take good care of their customers! Thanks Sean.

Rigs & Rides
My husband and I bought a 2004 GMC Yukon from this place in February of this year. Let me just say our experience with them was wonderful. We have not had any problems with our vehicle and I love it. They had great service and the price was right. We got a clean fantastic car for our family and it runs great. They went out of their way to change some things with the vehicle that did not suit us. I would buy from them again any day. Thanks again

Rigs & Rides
I purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. I had been looking for one for months. It wasn't the color I was looking for but they worked with me on the price and the vehicle was in near perfect condition. The lifetime engine warranty settled it for me. The best and friendliest staff helped me and I was driving off the lot in my new car in about an hour. Highly recommend this dealership.

Rigs & Rides
I have known Josh Bancroft since the Early 1980's and there is not 1 person I have known since who is more honest or helpful. When my sister in law wrecked her car I called Rigs & Rides and they were not only willing to help get her into a new car they helped her get Great Financing. Next time I need a new vehicle Rigs & Rides will be my Choice. Love you Guys

Mock's Ford Lincoln Mazda
Many thanks to Mock Ford. We broke down on the weekend travelling to Reno. No other rental company was open at 1:00 PM. We were referred by the tow company. They scheduled our repairs for Monday morning and we rented a really nice Ford Edge with all wheel drive that handled the roads for a great trip to Reno for our vacation.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
