After stopping to nose piece replaced, the tech told me she had accidentally scratched my lens (rather severely) she then told me that they (rx optical) would at no cost to me, make new lenses, to which I was amazed and patient. After several calls and miss steps it turned out the they (RX optical) could not grind my high index lenses as thin as the bargain priced store I went to for them. They offered to try again with a different material, and more time passed. I finally received my call they could not (or would not) grind replacement lenses (as they offered) and they did not even attempt the different material (I suspect, because it was more then they wished to pay for their offer) Being left with the question '' what else can I do?'' I told her, and she refused. So by saying ''what can I do for you?'' they was unwilling or unable to do anything else. I was finally offered a ''Discount" on new glasses (is this how they drum up business?, I do not have any idea) in my parting conversation (still being very calm and reasonable) I told the tech to talk to her boss and let me know what kind of credit would they offer, and could it transfer to my son(?) as he (my son) had optical insurance, and when he tried buying glasses there before with his insurance the glasses were still far more expensive than the discount retailer, I THOUGHT AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT might make it more viable. Bottom line I never received the call and when I called I was (sadly) not surprised, to find a promise of a vague coupon discount, which leaves me unsurprised and with little hope of anything coming from their big and flowery promises. *They were very polite.
I called and they answered no problem. I also got a same day appointment for my daughter with a pediatric eye doctor. She is 8 and has Sensory Processing Disorder. The doctor took all the time she needed and was patient and kind. I would recommend this place to others. And they said her glasses would be ready in a week or so and they were done in 5 days.
PEWM and Dr. Lebaron have been nothing but the best. They are always smiling and happy to see me, and other customers. They have the best customer service and are always willing to help out in any way possible. Dr. Lebaron are his staff have put together an office that is top notch, and continue to get better. Thank you PEWM!
Friendly and extremely helpful staff, expedient service, and an overall great experience. Nobody likes seeing doctors of any kind, but Dr. McMurry really knows what he's doing. Ask him about his retinal photography!
I have had very few problems in this store and when I have them, they are always resolved to my liking in a fast manner.
