  • So Awesome!

    I had a wonderful experience with Extreme. The salesman were friendly and eager to help and my vehicle was done in a timley fashion. I was so pleased with the tint job. I definitly will be returning in the future.

  • You get what you pay for?

    I've went to the Extreme Collision place thinking this place might fix up my car right. The staff was good.. making you feel great and feels like your in good hands. The price is ridiculously high.. My thought was I might as well pay it as long as my car turns out really well. My car was suppose to get done in 4 days. I've received my car back 2 weeks after!! Through the process I got so irritated of promises that can't be kept. In the end when I picked up my car... my car did not even ran right!! I'm thinking are you serious!! I asked them nicely of what was wrong with it. And they say they don't even know. It seems like they just want me the hell out of their shop (after I paid them). My car would not have ran rich (burning a lot of gas) for no reason. My car had not had any problems at all prior to dropping off my car. I then took it to my mechanic and it sat there for 2 weeks figuring out the problem and that costed me well over $1,000 to diagnose and trial and error to fix the problems. Overall, Extreme Collision is the last place I'm ever taking my car to get things done. The outcome of my car was the biggest regret I could have done... the bad quality and no attention details was ridiculous! I'm sure theres others that might have a good experience but this one probably my worst experience and waste of money!

    Went in looking for an electronic noise supressor for a stereo I just installed. When I asked the salesman if they carried them, I got a sales pitch and he refused to answer my question until he had made it clear that their stuff is better than the crap I bought (Jensen). Once I explained that I needed a Marine (waterproof) radio, he told me he doesn't carry noise supressors. Would have saved me some time and a worthless lecture if he would have just answered my question. I bought the supressor on Amazon for 8 bucks. Works great.

  • Horrible Service

    My wife called to get an estimate to get my car detailed and was told a price of 99 bucks and made an appointment with a quoted time of 2-3 hours. We dropped the car off on time and told they were very busy so it might be closer to 3 hours. No problem... I had some errands to run. So I show up four hours later and they have not even started on my car. They give me a little rental car for free and promise they will have to done by the time I come to pick up tomorrow after work. The next day I show up and they say its only 25% done and they will call me when its done. They call me at a little after 7:30 at night (keep in mind they close at 8) and asked if I needed my car tonight because it still wasnt done. The next day after work I come to get my car and finally after three days my 2-3 hour job was done. I will never frequent this business again and would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle a job this simple I doubt they could perform a more intricate task.

    I was in the market for a car starter for my ES330 and my dealer recommended Extreme. I went there, got an estimate, and didn?t buy the first day. I studied the reviews online and found mostly positive reviews. I went back and asked questions about what I had read. I made appointments for the install in both our cars. They completed the install promptly on both appointments - flawless -very clean install. While there with the wife?s car they noticed where she rubbed the bollard at the gas station. I was introduced to Mike from the Paint & Body side of the shop. Mike gave me an estimate and like before I made no commitment ? I?m not an impulse buyer. We got other estimates and found the estimate from Extreme was very competitive. A week later I booked for the repairs. When I dropped the car off I met Pablo, the owner, and quickly learned he is quite proud of his business and his staff. More importantly, he takes personal ownership in making sure his customers are happy. He answered my endless questions patiently and assured me if I was unhappy with the job I would not pay - his personal guarantee. When we picked up the car our expectations were blown away - Yes, the body work was perfect ? but the car was spotless inside and out ? full detail! If you are looking for great service, quality work, at a competitive price give these guys a try. Thanks to the Extreme team for a great job!
