Their driver was traveling at a high rate of speed down my residential road. When I called their office they literally laughed it off and hung upon me....

Kodiak Construction
My experience with Kodiak was a good one. We hired them to shingle our roof. We are very happy with the outcome. Very impressed with the salesman. We would hire Kodiak again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

Other than a minor communication issue, the overall experience was great. Kodiak came to replace all our fascia and wrap our trim and some doors and windows. The installation crew was great. We are very happy with the end result. We would gladly recommend Kodiak and would be happy to do business with them in the future.

I contracted Kodiak to re-shingle my garage. The salesmen explained everything in great detail and to my satisfaction. The price quoted to me is what I paid. Kodiak instilled confidence in me which made me comfortable with hiring them. The installers worked steadily and you can tell they know what they are doing, they showed respect for my home and did a good job of cleaning up. I would without hesitation recommend Kodiak and hire them in the future.

I decided to hire Kodiak Construction to do some renovating in my home.My experience with this company has been positive in every aspect. All the employees I interacted with were professional and courteous. During the entire project the Kodiak crew worked very hard to make sure that all their work was satisfactory to me and asked for my input as the job went along. Now that the project is complete, I couldn't be more pleased with how it has turned out. People notice the changes when they come over and comment on how beautiful the work was completed.I would recommend Kodiak to anyone that is looking for a company they can rely on.

Tips & Advices
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
  • Before calling a plumber, try to unclog your drains and toilets yourself by using a plunger.
  • Make sure you use a standard bell-shaped plunger for your sink and shower drains and a plunger with a flanged end for your toilets.
  • If neither type can loosen the pipe blockage, put a plumber's snake to use.
  • Ratchet the snake down the pipe to eliminate any clogs.
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
