Horrible customer service in all aspects. Watch out for Davin Risk and Jeff Anderson, they lured me in with low rates and then increased my rate multiple times due to errors on their end. I experienced 4 rate increases over a 6 month time span! They ignore phone calls, voice mails and emails. After numerous attempt to find out why my rate had gone up yet again (71% increase this time and no response from them after 5-6 attempts) I am cancelling my (3) auto policies with them. Disgraceful business practices here...Avoid this agency!

They didn't listen, they pushed excessive coverage and they threatened us with a lawsuit when we wrote a negative review! Do you want to do business with that company? My elderly mother has an old car...she needed basic coverage. They sold her twice the what she needed. She told them she had long term care insurance with another company, they still added that to her car insurance coverage. They NEVER LISTENED! She went in three times saying her insurance was too high, what could be done. They could've taken off the long term care or cut back to the basic coverage...but they didn't. She found another agent that gave her the coverage she NEEDED for HALF the price! He scoffed at the high coverage they had sold her on a car that wasn't worth what she was paying in insurance. And her homeowners insurance was just as bad. They continually went up on her premiums. If you have elderly parents or don't know exactly what you need I wouldn't trust this crew to guide me through the process.

I came in to get PL/PD on a 1997 Bonneville, next thing I realize they (Brett, State Farm), signs me up for FULL COVERAGE! !!!!WHY WOULD I PUT FULL ON A 19 YEAR OLD CAR, THAT WASNT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO GOOD CONDITION AND ITS NOT A SPORTS CAR!!! WATCH YOUR POLICY

This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
