The Green Well
A great spot for business lunches, although it can be busy. The menu is eclectic, fresh, and delicious. The service is only "OK" but I'm picky in that department. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options, and they have local beer. I wish they had more Michigan wine though. Go on Sunday evenings when it’s not as packed and they have a “Sunday Supper” special, 3 courses for $19.99. It’s a great deal!

Twisted Rooster
I didn't give this a higher rating because the service and quality of food seems to be suffering a bit of late. It's always been a favorite spot to grab something a bit different, locally sourced. Their twisted mac and cheese is a classic. They have fun with flavors but it's not so "out there" that you can't bring a non-foodie there for dinner.

Twisted Rooster
don't go. inconsistent food and service. I'm not sure if serving food that is room temperature is even legal. Menu items are not as described.

Harmony Brewing Co
Harmony Brewery on the northwest side of Grand Rapids offers average beers. The service was good and the beers were cold.
