Sofas 2 Go
In response to Ms. Linda Rosas. Last year about this same time she came into Sofas 2 Go which was a brand new store, and put a $20 deposit on a $1900 lay a way. She promised to pay it off when her tax return came. After 9 months or no response to phone calls and voice mail messages that we left for her, we cancelled the order and she forfeited her 20 bucks . This year she came in to the store 3 times and took up 4 hours of my sales person's time. She finally placed a lay a way order and paid $50 on a $2000 ticket. Normally we require 20% deposit on a lay a way but she had a "sad story" and I approved the small deposit to help her out. I also agreed to give her credit for last year's $20 deposit upon pay off. She was supposed to come in the same weekend and pay off with her tax return, but instead she came in wanted to changed her order. After talking to her on my cell phone for almost 2 hours from my home she decided on a different "special order" living room group and dining room set. After two more weeks I CALLED HER and she then said she had found something she liked better somewhere else and said she wanted a refund of all her money. She states in this forum she received her receipt. It clearly states above the signature line "No refunds/ No exchanges/ No refunds. 20% cancellation fee on all layaways." She signed the agreement and received her copy. It is regrettable that Ms. Rosas is dissatisfied with our policy. However it is her indecisiveness and the lack of ability to follow through with her promises that has cost her a cancellation fee of about 2.5 % instead of the 20% she actually owes us. I did tell her we could use it as a store credit which she declined. She is also mistaken about the quality she speaks of. Everything in our store is high end quality with hard wood kiln dried frames and steel coils, OR steel frames and steel reclining mechanisms both of which get a lifetime warranty which far exceeds the one year warranty that is common in the furniture industry.

Town & Country Discount Furniture
My family and I have been going to Town and Country for many years. The staff is always so much help and friendly. The first time I made a purchase by myself Doris was the one who helped me.I was looking for a sofa love seat set.I told her how much I had and we went all threw the store. She asked me about what I liked and what I did not like. After about 30 minutes we found what I wanted. It was a lot of fun. When my son was "too old" (his words) for a bunk bed they sold us his full size mattress set.A few years ago we got a kitchen table and chairs.Just yesterday we got a full size mattress set for the guest room (it use to be our pet room). They are my go to furniture store.I always leave with a big smile.I know if any thing goes wrong with what I buy they will make it right.Thank you so much guys!

Sofas 2 Go
You have to check out Sofas 2 Go.You have to check out Sofas 2 Go. I went there and they treated me like a queen. I told them I was just looking and dreaming for the future and wasn't really looking to buy right now, but Ulonda offered to help me anyway. She told me she was a decorating consultant and would be delighted to help me dream for the future. She asked about my home, colors, style and did I have a décor preference. She was awesome. She helped me pick out a great living room group, helped me add tables and told me about their no credit check financing option. ( My credit is terrible from a nasty divorce)Ulonda got me approved in only five minutes and I only had to pay $40 down. She is my "New Best Friend" LOL. Thank you Ulonda for helping me make my dream come true! You are super!

Sofas 2 Go
I am not happy at all,Order not brought when promised,I had to call and they said bed had not arrived yet. Then when bed was brought was told I could not sleep on it for 48 hours or it could ruin it.Great !! my ill husband will have to sleep on couch and I will sleep in my chair for next two days.I wwould not have bought this bed if I had been told this.I feel I should have been told this before purchase I was not not told what should have been told before I spent that much for a bed.I was gonna buy one and wish they had been honest, not happy at all with this business.Set up crew told me more about the bed than the store. The people were nice just did not inform well about set up.before purchase.
