This company is full of Crooks, I brought my phone there 2 weeks ago. I walked out of the store disappointed because I had to go back 3 different times each time was a different excuse. When I got my phone back one of the LED buttons on the bottom left side was out on my Note II. 2 weeks later my screen get a black blotch right where that LED is out, and a couple hours later my whole screen goes black. I brought my phone back to have them to fix the issue that only they could have caused because they were the last to touch the inners of my phone. Now they say they cant fix it and I have to fork over another $200 dollars to fix it. Blaming me for dropping the phone even though that is a complete fabrication. This company is a joke and will not take responsibility for there own actions. They told me it was precise work scraping the glue from the inside and I don't know if there chipped my screen that way or not, but I do guarantee of the 1000's of contacts that I do know I will not be sending any customers to that store. No wonder this store stays open your take your phone to get fixed they break something else so you have to come back in 2 weeks to fix it and pay again. Just taking money and running with it. IF YOU CAN'T TELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY ONE THAT DOESN'T WANT TO BE TAKEN THROUGH THE SAME SENARIO THAT I JUST WENT THROUGH.All I do is pray that people could take responsibility for there own actions and fix what they have broken.

This is the best T-mob store I've ever been to. The Manager of the store personally helped us get phones for the entire family. He thoroughly explained all the options for us with pricing and Plans that would be best for needs and he was very knowledgeable about anything we asked. Everyone there was so friendly too, I almost didn't want to leave. Nice atmosphere. We are definitely doing all our future business there and will probably go in after we call to make sure he's there! Great Customer Service. It was a nice experience! I bought a T Mobile phone two months ago at 303 Pioneer Pkwy Grand Prairie, Tx, spent $500.00 and it's not connecting very well, Last night I went to T Mobile and they said I had two options.1. they could buy back my phone for $69.00 and I could get a new one2. Mail my phone to Samsung and once they had it they would mail me back a replacement, should take about a month, during that time I would be without a phone.I really need to find another provider, what ever happen to customer service ? what happen to a company standing behind their product ?
