My wife recently had an accident where someone ran into the back of her car causing several thousand dollars of damage. I drove the car over to Wes Stevenson’s office and started the process of filing a claim to get the car repaired. The same day the car was dropped off at Al Serra for repairs. Since it was deer season the adjusters were busy with other accidents and our car had to wait about a week to get approved. Because of the delay, Wes worked with the folks at Al Serra to help us get a rental car, even though we had not purchased rental insurance with our policy. Because of the amount of damage and holidays it took almost three weeks to get my wife’s car completed and back to her. Without the help of Wes and the folks at Al Serra we would have had a huge rental bill. We both would like to say thanks and recommend Wes as an outstanding insurance agent and Al Serra for their fine repair work! By the way, we now have rental on our policy.
