I just bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee this past week after my old vehicle had been totaled out by insurance from an accident. Apparently these Jeeps have issues with the fuel gauges reading properly and/or the sender unit malfunctioning, the former of which I noticed the day after I bought the Jeep. I knew that I was going to have to get that fixed in the next couple of days, but my Jeep basically decided last night that I need to take care of this like now. I'm not from here, but one of the guys that I work with recommended this shop to me. These guys were professional from the very first phone call this morning all the way up to making sure that my "new to me" vehicle was repaired properly. I greatly appreciate the hard work and determination that went into the Jeep. Thank you guys!

Here is how good Pat’s is…The shop came so highly recommended from my co-workers and friends that I decided to take my car there even though I live all the way in Mt Pleasant. Trust me, it’s worth it! The guys at the shop are the most skillful, honest, and nicest mechanics you will find. They have saved me money on my car and helped me avoid costly repairs. A specific example would be when another shop told me that my power window regulator needed to be replaced. Pat’s was able to reset the mechanism and now my windows work great. This saved me on parts and labor! I will continue to take my car there for all of its service needs. If you care about your car (or your checkbook) I highly suggest you do the same!

These guys are just AWSOME and so very HONEST!That may be the very reason David, his Son,stay so busy but never to busy to help a lady that knows very little about cars, etc. My Husband always did all that but he always told me,if something should happen to him to call David and I could trust him and I do!I have a friend that comes from James Island for these guys to service her car because my Husband introcuded her to this place and she has never gotten ripped off either! That says a whole lot about the morals and character of David, his Son and the men working there and they are quick! No waiting all day either!I love it when good things happen to GOOD PEOPLE!Thank you,David and crew! You have my business for life!

My car broke down last night! Gary recommend a wrecker service and I had my car towed to his shop at 9pm. He contacted me this morning said it was the starter and had it fixed by 5pm. Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
