The worst office I've ever been to. The waiting room is horrible. You will wait at a minimum 30 minutes past your wait time. Once you see a doctor, they definitely won't listen. They will prescribe whatever they get the biggest kickbacks to prescribe so good luck in finding any kind of help. The therapists are the only good thing about this office, but definitely not worth the trouble of putting up with the other problems.

Terrible. The wait time is awful. The waiting room is disgusting. The doctors do not listen to patients but rather prescribe whatever medications they get the biggest perks for prescribing, whether you've said the medication helps or not. I visited in severe depression and left even more depressed than when I arrived. No idea where these doctors for their degrees - I would guess some sketchy online school.

Wait time is outrageous! Not to mention I find out that i am in a waiting room with my underage child sitting next to drug addicts talking about what prescriptions they are about to get. Am currently seeking another doctor for my child. I don't want my child sitting next to drug addicts waiting on their next score and openly discussing it with others doing the same. This place shouldn't even be on the list of providers that accept medicaid for children when it caters to so many drug addicts not looking to stop just looking to trade one drug for another.

Obviously the previous reviewer had to be family bless their hearts! I don't know how many times my appointment was cancelled while I was there but I'm not surprised that he closed his office. I am now seeing the other Dr. that was in there at her own practice and feels she does a way better job at making me feel comfortable. Not once have I been made to feel belittled. Her office manager is the sweetest girl and she takes the time that she probably doesn't have to go over things with you. Unlike waynesborough where everything was oppressive and not cheerful at all. I am sure glad I made the switch to go to the other office that the lady doc is practicing at. The office at waynesborough was horrible as far as having no room to mpve around and you had to use a key just to pee...absurd.

I was very surprised to see a previous 1-star rating for this office. Since no review was left I don't feel it to be an adequate rating because you can't see who or what it was directed at. I give them a 5 star over all rating. I find Dr Allen to be a very caring and highly trained Psychologist. He is punctual and rarely keeps you waiting more than a few minutes. I find he doesn't just hear you, he listens to what you say. He remembers what you say. If you have a time when you are having it real rough, they have an semi-emergency number and he will do his best to call you or schedule an appointment real soon. He couldn't be more accommodating and his office hours are adequate. If you have a true emergency call 911. I have no experience with any other staff except the receptionist who is pleasant but has a few issues. I have observed the other doctor from a distance and she seems caring also. The only negative thing I have to mention was the cleanliness of the office which I have mentioned to Dr Allen since there is no office manager to tell. It has improved.
