CCOG Service is top notch. Quick and professional with very reasonable prices. I have actually brought other makes here for maintenance recommended by other dealerships because of the quality and cost of maintenance at CCOG.

We always have a wonderful experience at CCOG. They were very helpful and did their best to get us what we needed. This is our second time buying a car with CCOG. The first time we got a very nice used car and never had a moment of trouble. When we were ready to upsize they went over and beyond to help us get our new 2016 Chevrolet Impala!! Buyer beware! Please know that if you are looking at this dealership there will be pressure to buy products that you don't need, no negotiation and old school tactics. They care very little about making the experience good but more in pressuring, bragging to other salesman about "having another one on the hook" and not courteous. I get that there are some dealerships that pride themselves on sales but to use the tactic of "wait you don't want this product but I thought we had a sale, now you are making my salesman sad." Well my main concern wasn't the salesman being happy - that isn't my job that is the Managers job so why is he pressuring me? As a single woman this is NOT the place to buy a car from. Thoroughly disappointing experience and I will not be back.

Bought a really nice boat from these guys,nothing but great things to say. Was thinking about adding several expensive items,like upping the engine size,outriggers, stuff like that, they talked me out of them and saved me alot of money. After using the boat I'm really glad we didn't have these add ons. For various reasons. They could have just taken my money, but instead they took the time to ask me questions about my fishing style. A very personal touch, they want you to be happy with your purchase. Have always taken boat back to them for service and a few other things. They have always been honest and fair and have been pretty quick turn around.

Had a new Trolling motor and Roller assembly installed on my boat. They broke my one of my running boards on my boat trailer by sliding the boat backwards on dry running boards(owner admitted to doing so), didn't tell me. Went fishing the next day, and running board starts floating downriver.Owner not only refuses to fix mistake, but immediately gets aggressive and loud and starts berating me on how I broke the Trailer Myself.The owners immediately aggressive reaction Proves to me they knew they had broke my trailer. They were hoping I was coming back in to pay and have it fixed(what they broke).

I purchased a used truck from Deacon Jones Nissan. I am satisfied with my truck, but wish I would have never dealt with this dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by KEN and shown the truck. When test driving the truck I was only allowed to go to the next stoplight away from the dealership because the truck was running on empty. I was satisfied with the truck and purchased it. I asked all the questions regarding registration and plate renewal and was assured everything was included in the fees of the final price and I was covered until 2017 (lie). They said they would call me to schedule and appointment to have the truck serviced. Guess what, NO CALL! I called them and went ahead and scheduled the service. After 2 more return trips (total of 300+ miles) and a total of 9 days with out the truck i had just purchased 1.5 weeks prior, several calls to the dealership to receive updates because you know as they assured me they would call me with updates (lie), my truck was finally ready.

We have been buying cars from CCOG for 12 years now. I am now like a part of the family there! Our most recent purchase was March 31st. We traded our 2013 Malibu LTZ for a 2016 Malibu Premier. I LOVE THIS CAR! As far as the purchase itself, the process was smooth and every step of the way, we were met with professionalism! I am a huge stickler for customer service, and without a doubt, Ed Carter, and the staff there knows what they are doing! We were offered water, juice, and coffee while in the office, and there wasn't the "pressure" most people feel when at a dealership. Thanks CCOG!!!

I had a problem with the heated seats on my Yukon coming on and not going off when I pressed the button. Also, the unlock button did not operate. I went to the service department and Bridget immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very professional and I made an appointment for the next day. When I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride back to work. They called later that morning and said the car was ready. When I went back to pick up the car, David the mechanic explained to me what he had done and he was very professional. The price was fair and I have not had any more problems with these issues. This was very good experience! Their customer service was excellent!
