ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! 5+ hours to get tires the 1st visit and my car BROKE DOWN DUE TO IMPROPER REASSEMBLY the 2nd visit. Had the vehicle towed to Bell Lexus and after inspection I was informed that it was because the CRANK WAS LOOSE which caused the belt to fail, several wires were NOT SECURED and the ground wire from the alternator was NOt CONNECTED to the frame. When the belt failed it broke the oil pressure switch as well. All in all it will cost me just over $500... this is after I paid kerrys over $1000 in labor to install my supplied parts. And this is after I bought tires from them that took over 5 hours to install. After calling and talking to TJ they told me that they would only pay for it if they fixed it. And I understand the principle behind that however, when your "master mechanic" CANNOT REINSTALL AN ALTERNATOR PROPERLY having another technician isn't a risk I'm willing to take. Now I'm going to have to take them to small claims court, BUYER BEWARE. There may be a lot of people who are happy about their oil changes but if you're curious as to have them go deeper into your motor I would strongly advise against WASTING YOUR MONEY. I'm no mechanic but I know that you need to reattach all of the parts when you reassemble them..... I went back because when they messed up the 1st time they tried to make it right (5+ hours for tires) then when I go back and give them over $1000 to do more work my car breaks down within a few days. Burn me once..... shame on youBurn me twice..... shame on meI've worked in the automotive industry for many years and it's clear they are over booked and under staffed. Their mechanics are poorly trained, skip steps and take shortcuts. They will OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER. And to be honest their CHEAP and SHODDY labor isn't worth the headache. I thought they had quality technicians but it is clear they do not.

Went there on a referral, biggest mistake ever! Took my car in for a motor mount. The price changed even though it was confirmed three times and kept my car an extra day because he was "busy". My car now has excessive engine noise, leans to one side as if it were lifted (jacked) incorrectly, my exhaust is drooping, and takes awhile to get going. Tam's BBB certification states right on it that it is only valid through 2004 and currently is not list with the BBB. Very rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the mount that was installed. I tried contacting him twice in regards to the current issues and has not responded. My next step is contacting the Attorney General of Arizona. I don't know how he has any good ratings. The shop is not organized and very messy.
This was my first time going to Kerry's and it was such an unpleasant experience. I will never go back. My air conditioning was blowing hot air. They diagnosed the problem and called me with a quote to fix the AC. I authorized the charge and when I picked up my car it was still blowing hot air so they said to bring it back to check it out. They failed to do their due diligence in providing me with the service they promised to repair the air conditioning. I authorized the charge under false pretenses that my problem was going to be resolved. Not only did I pay $240 to still have my ac not working and blowing hot air, but they wanted to charge me an additional $116 to perform further testing, which I declined. They advertise that they guarantee to repair it correctly the first time and I was happy to go there because of their great reviews and 3-year warranty. However, their actions do not align with their words. They refused to refund my money and I drove away 8 HOURS later without an adequate repair and very unhappy.
On 03/05/2017 I took my 2005 Chevy 2500HD Duramax to Sun Devil Auto for a coolant leak. I Spoke with John the Manager and pointed out the turbo cooler that I thought might be leaking. I also told him a friend of mine said it was probably the coolant lines to the turbo as they often leak and drip down to where this leak is appearing. USE AT OWN RISK !!!!!!!!They replaced 5 parts for a total of about $2100.00 and it STILL LEAKED. Dealer REPLACED the TURBO COOLANT LINES which FIXED the problem.
I was referred to NASA for electrical issue in my car. I was charged for work that was not done and in fact my car drove much worse than before I brought it there. There was evidence that what do was done to my car caused more serious problems. Poor customer service, dishonest, incompetent mechanic.
May 11, 2017Jose and his son Victor had my H2 Hummer for the better part of a week going over many years of neglect by the previous owners. In the end, P & J Auto saved me well over $1,500 from the repair estimate Chevrolet had written out for me. Jose used mostly GM products for the repairs and gives a One Year / 12,0000 Warranty on Parts and Labor. Very nice piece of mind. Better Business Bureau A+ rated. These guys are very fair and professional all the way. They WILL NOT try to sell you anything you do not need. When i came to pick up my Hummer they had steam cleaned the engine and bay!!
I first used H & H around 5 years ago. I met Steve and have had nothing but great service him! He a;ways takes time to answer any questions and explane anthing he is doing. I believe what I have heard from other business men in the same business as Steve. "If you get Steve to do your project, He is always busy, but if H & H does your work, It will be perfect! Steve is one of the best around! Only really busy!" Thats the true story about H & H
The guys were good to check my a/c for me. I am not a customer with great wealth. So, they were good not to inform me of a lot of stuff that needs to be done that I couldn't afford. I appreciate that.
