Lucky House Chinese Carry Out
Last night I called to place an order. While I was making my order, the man put me on hold about three different times (which was annoying) but I was able to order. When our food was delivered, my entree was missing. After waiting 30+ min for your food to arrive, it is aggrevating when everyone else has their food but you don't have yours. I was frustrated because I know the reason my food wasn't there was because the man was rushing and kept putting me on hold, so he likely didn't hear my order. I called to complain that my food was missing but kept being told that I didn't pay for it. Well I'm sorry. It was not my fault that you didn't fully take my order. But why should I have to pay for something that I will now have to wait another 30 min for, while the rest of my family is eating their hot food? I felt is was poor customer service. And I was very upset at the man getting 'loud' with me because I was asking them to deliver my food without paying more money, since it was not my fault. Needless to say, I did not get my food because I was not going to pay them more money. And I won't be going back. Their food is nothing special, just average, so I'd rather go somewhere else. I HATE poor customer service.

Took nearly an hour and a half to get delivery, and the food wasn't even slightly warm.... Good egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken, but fried rice was dry, shrimp and broccoli was tasteless and LO mein noodles were over cooked and didn't taste like LO mein..... I won't order again.
