I decided to try team afterburn because I had tried everything else and nothing worked. I am ACE certified as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor, and after I had my baby had been struggling for 15 years to lose the weight. When I met with Phil, the owner, he was very understanding and let me know that I would get results if I worked with both my diet and the exercise program. He was able to show me mathemarically what it would take to get results. The fitness program itself is very challenging and fun, with a good music selection that makes you want to move. I have lost over 20 inches in 4 months and look forward to my daily class. I especially like the monthly "burn tests" where you can see your fitness progress. For example I went from doing 20 sit ups in 2 minutes to 48 sit ups in 2 minutes, and am hoping to break that record on the next test. The class times are also convenient and start 10 minutes after the hour. Another enjoyable part of the program is the group training atmosphere, with the fitness trainer offering plenty of encouragement and keeping an eye on your form. I would encourage anyone wanting to feel and look better to try out a class, as it is hard to describe the beauty of the system without experiencing it. Phil has researched how to move your body to get results, and at 51, I am proof that his program works!
