I just wanted to let you know what a great guy you all have on your staff at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen... I went online to inquire about a Beetle not really knowing exactly what I wanted. Scott answered right away and I believe followed with a phone call. We talked and just with him inquiring he knew what exactly would fit what I was describing to him. He assured us he could fulfill my request. He kept us informed of the progress of locating a car and put me with Brian the financial consultant. Scott went back and forth between to make sure my life long dream of owning a Beetle was fulfilled. I wasn't to pick it up until Sat but, after several phone conversations Thursday Valentines Day he met my ride and I half way so I could have the car on that special day! WHAT A Guy! I never drove the car before signing the papers which went very smooth. The caring this gentleman showed me was great. When the paper work was complete he took me to the car and carefully went over every aspect I would need to know about the car right away and her was precise and knew exactly what he was talking about. Working with Scott has been the very best experience I have ever had buying a new car! My time was very valuable I made one visit to Rusty Wallis Volkswagen and drove off in the car I had always dreamed of. Thanks to Scott. I would recommend your dealership to anyone and especially Scott Pittenger! Hats off to this great salesman...he is everyones dream of a A Car Salesman!

If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. Never have I encountered a dealership that held their customer service to such a high standard during and AFTER the sale. I have purchased many cars... more that I would care to admit but honestly I have not have the experience I have at La Silla or been treated as well. They are not pushy when it comes to the sale because truth be told if you don’t buy the car someone else will, business is business and in the “In-House Finance” world you either buy then or you run the high risk of losing the car to someone else. Do make sure you bring cash, no money orders. They post all of their down payments on the window and that is more that most dealers do. Down payments DO NOT change because you a male or a female or because of your race, that is something that cannot be said for all dealership surrounding La Silla. La Silla’s lots are full of the biggest variety of vehicles and all are in better repair that most dealership in the DFW area

I would like to give a great BIG thank you to the people at VP auto sales. I had a great car buying experience . I completed my application on line, the sales man called me and informed me of what documents to bring in. I went over on my lunch to drop the documents off, because we all know the car buying process is lengthy. I Informed the salesman hat I only had 30 minutes remaining for lunch so I must hurry back to work. He said allow me 15 minutes, and I will have you approved. I only need you to write down your reference name and number. By the time I completed writing my reference name and number he was back with my approval. I went and picked out the car of my choice. I returned to work after work I went back a test drove the car within an hour all paperwork was signed and I left in my car. I love the fact that the VP AUTO SALES report to the credit bureau. I will refer all my friend to VP auto sales.

It was a pleasure buying my 2010 Golf from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen. I think that it was so pleasurable because of Scott Pittenger. In my 62 years I have bought a lot of cars and I never look forward to it. But I do not think that I have ever had such a good car buying experience from any other car dealer. I think Scott is one of the most professional salesmen I have known. He knows his product, he sets the customer at ease and answers every question I had about the car and the deal. Never one did I feel like I was dealing with the typical pushy, say anything car salesman. All through the car buying experience he was very straight forward and instilled a feeling of honesty and confidence in me that seems to be lacking at other dealerships. I know you have been very proud of Scott through the years that he has been at your company. He deserves a lot of credit.

EDITED: PURCHASE DATE CORRECTION. I purchased my Dodge Durango August 2013 I was at my job for 30 days. I didn't think I would get approved for this suv. So I never even looked at it. When they told me I was approved for it. I was excited. I LOVE VP AUTO SALES. AND MY ACCOUNT REP. HEATHER ROCKS!!! I LOVE HER...LOL. Excellent service, transportation back to my house and returning to pick me up, reasonably priced work, thorough explanation of what was taken care of, if there was anything that was outstanding and when the next service would probably be due. Facility was spotless with ample seating for those waiting for their repairs. Computers available for those waiting. All was excellent. Evan steele my maintenance representative did an excellent job in notifying me of the needed repair on an earlier visit, scheduling me in to get that work done and coordinating my transportation needs while the car was being repaired.

June 2017 purchased a 2011 Prius from Ron Adkins. I took a chance and flew in to Love Field, took a cab to Garland and inspected the car. Buying long distance ups the risk (risk being the cost of a return airfare and cab ride) but for the right car? In short, Ron represented the car as it was. The buying process was well done and conducted by "Rummy" Malkoff.I arrived at 2:00 and was on my way off the lot at 2:45.The car was cleaned, fueled up, fresh oil, original window sticker, carfax, and plated. Drove 670 miles home with no problem.Good people, doing it right.
