We have been under a RENOVATION on the property since May 2014. Every unit is and has been under a renovation. Every unit will have bran new black appliances with ice makers, granite counters, all new cabinets, sink bowls in all bathrooms, new faucets and new light fixtures. It is and will be BEAUTIFUL. I don't recommend staying at these apartments. It looks great from the office and while you do the tour. When you actually move in things fall apart once you move in, literally. From the first time it rained I've had a leak in my ceiling, which explains the patch they tried to cover up. And every time they claimed they fixed it, the wall continues to swell with water and drips. I've had to move my Tv and electronics from the area multiple times, and I can say its irritating while you are away and it rains and you think to yourself.."oh crap my living room!" When I called the office to tell them that my PS3 had water in it all she could say was thats what your insurance is for...REALLY???? I hope they know their negligence is not the reason why I buy insurance if its something that they are responsible for and able to fix. And to top it off...last time I checked there is a deductible! Who's going to pay for that? Its funny that I have only 3 months left here and guess what..it rained the other day...still not fixed..I wouldn't be surprised if there was mold behind that paint since its bulging. I am so frustrated with this place, since I've been here maintenance doesn't come by to change bulbs or filters, I go up to the office to get the supplies and change them. The fan fixture that has a light in the middle has a glass covering it, I reached up a month ago to turn off the light and the glass falls onto my head. Yes it did hurt, and guess what, still hasn't been fixed. Let's go ahead and name all the stuff that has happened here since I've moved in:first month- car was broken into, airbag stolen (office claims they have cameras all over the complex for protection, only around the office and pool areas...yea I don't see how that protects me)Living room leaks water when it rains since I've moved in till nowbathroom towel racks fell, sink was spraying water towards tummy when on, glass light cover fell off of fan onto head, slide door has missing seal on one side of glass so you feel outside air coming in and mosquitos and flies, and cold air leaking out, <they know this and yet still not fixed! Slide door came off one night with the bent sliding screen.<they did fix that but it still falls off every now and then. Almost all the door knobs screws became loose after 2 months..seriously? Lucky I had tools and just screwed them back tight, tired of dealing with office.Both tubs peeled on the first showers, and popcorn ceiling is also peeling within the first few showers we took even though we air out the bathrooms and turn on vents.Don't get me wrong. The place looked awesome for a remodeled apt. I was just surprised at the office response on how to handle things..I'm so disappointed. I wish I stayed at my last complex, it was the same size complex and they were on top of things. I'd be happy here if they just took care of their share. The benefits of living here, free internet and office use, free coffee and snacks, work out room (old equipment but its free) I rather drive to 24. and theres enough parking for everyone where I'm at. FYI they claim that its an energy efficient apartment, it's not.I gave it 1 star because I have a new stove, fridge, awesome size kitchen sink.

I have lived here going on 4 years now and I have had nothing but problems. My A/C does not go below 85 even if it is 80 degress outside. I have had this problem for 3 years. I have put in many many requests to have it fixed and they come and change my filter or add free-on and still with them doing so the problem doesn't go away. I asked last year that they take a look at my insulation and anything else with the unit. I was told it would be fixed last summer when my electricity bills were $270 and higher and I have a ONE BEDROOM apartment. Well here I am a summer later still waiting. Everytime I call, I am being told they are getting bids on my insulation, last year was the excuse of well it's too hot to have someone go into your attic. I have a 6 year old daughter and we cannot enjoy our apartment because of this. My garbage disposal has had a foul odor in it for weeks now. Mind you, I don't even cook because my boyfriend does so for me at his apartment (Equinox - Which is wonderful!) so I never have food to put down it. I am being told they are only responsible for the garbage disposal to work, not for the foul odor. The maintenance man tried to explain to me how to use the disposal. I AM NOT STUPID, I KNOW HOW TO RUN HOT WATER WHILE THE DISPOSAL IS ON AND USE SOAP AS WELL AS ICE CUBES AND LEMON TO CLEAN IT. We have two pools on the complex and one is always closed because they won't fix it. The foundation is moving and my neighbor couldn't even lock her door because it had shifted her door so much it wouldn't stay closed. There are cracks in my neighbors wall from the foundation moving and when you tell the office all they do is paint over it. Her bathtub has a crack in it from the foundation moving for crying out loud. And do you think they let her out of her lease? NOPE. This place is horrible. Management is horrible. Please, use your money somewhere else. It's not worth it here.
