Emilio and the service dept. have always been cooperative, informative and really, soft sell on Honda products for my car. I regularly get my oil changed there and I always get servicing for my car from the tires to windshield wiper blades to parts for my engine to whatever else I need for my vehicle. I do not usually make an appointment but drive in and get same day service anyway. There is about a hour wait from the time I bring it in to when I pay and leave which is no longer than the waiting period I experience at an independent mechanic shop. Knowledgeable and courteous all the time, I recommend anyone who uses the DCH Gardena Honda service department, ask for Emilio for the best experience with customer treatment and car repair service possible. No one likes to take their car in anywhere really for repairs or regular maintenance but when you do, this is the best place to take your Honda. And the free coffee, tea and complimentary car wash are just a few bonus benefits that you can also take advantage of too. A personal note: I really make use of their Saturday service which makes it much more convenient for those of us who work during the week. The only thing that would make it better is Sunday servicing... and maybe a few more coupons and specials.

I came into Nissan thinking they were going to be the same. I called in and spoke with Rudy, the internet manager. He said that they do things differently at Gardena Nissan, and I was a bit thrown off since I figured they were all the same. Usually when I've visited a dealership, I feel judged, but here, I felt like I was important. Rudy ask me some questions, and took me over to a Sentra with very few miles. I did not think things would work out because it seemed way too easy. I filled out some paperwork and within a couple of hours, I went from having a car that would not start (towed to the dealership by the way) to having a less than 10,000 mile car with an amazing price. I suggest that anyone reading this could come by and talk to Rudy. I think the boss in charge was named Mike. He was very professional and didn't seem judgmental even though my car came here on a tow truck. I highly recommend these two guys. Thank you.

I have to say I was afraid of taking my car in for service because I've read the reviews and I knew my pocket couldn't afford anything right now. I called in to verify if under my warranty the Air Flow Meter was covered and was told yes fully covered bring my car in. Like I said I had no extra money for anything. When I arrived Rico Perez was my customer service rep. Mr. Perez told me exactly what was wrong with my car, told me it was fully covered under my warranty. He didn't try and sell me anything else. He checked if there were any recalls on my car without me asking and there were two recalls. He also fixed those as well. He went over everything with me once my car was complete....the nicest man! I would recommend you see Rico Perez if you ever need your car service.

It took a while to get the deal we were looking for in doing a purchase for our new car. But the guys that Gardena Nissan made it happen. Our sales consultant showing us cars was the most knowledgeable person we have encountered at dealerships, including any Nissan dealerships. He was very polite, friendly and had great customer service. He seemed to genuinely care about showing us the features that the car has and seeing if it could meet our expectations. Wish every dealership had a person like him but since other dealerships don't, I am happy we our purchasing our car from someone who actually seems to know about the cars he is selling.

It always feels great to be treated well. I would give 10 stars to the person who helped me during my visit to the service department. I find many service places from my house to this place, but I do not mind driving few miles to get the best service. I know you are doing the best job and doing everything that your job requires you to, but let me just say "Thank you". Thank you for being dedicated towards work and always providing the EXTRAordinary customer service. Always make you feel welcome and treat you well.They are keepers and will earn my business over and over again.

I recently did a corporate lease for a 2010 Altima at Gardena Nissan and the entire sales team there was extremely helpful and nice. They initiated the process which was complicated with the tech. packages I needed for my job as well as my employer being across the country. They were able to not only get me exactly what I needed and come in under my budget but they were so nice to work with. I have walked out of dealerships in the past for poor customer service so I am happy to tell others that I sincerely recommend this dealership and their team.

This is my place for cars I love this place everybody there is so welcome me it's been about a year and every time I go back for any service or anything everyone that I have dealt with knows me by name I feel like family there it definitely is a family-oriented business although I miss coach rad but he gotta do what he gotta do the service department could use some tuning up itself it's always a long wait seems like they need more help in that department otherwise I give them two thumbs up

You guyssss! I had the best experience here today, bought my first car! Jamal the sales manager and Joseph the sales associate were amazing. Over the past week I've been to 2 other Nissan dealerships and they treated me like an inconvenience and came no where close to the unbelievable deal I got at Gardena. They truly aimed to please and succeeded! Trust me when I say don't buy your car from anyone else, ask for them specifically! Thank you guys!

I have been your customer since way back when. Now I am a senior citizen plus, plus and I leave you all with a guessing game as to how old I am. Most of your employees are friendly and helpful. However there were one or two that I encountered that I felt they don't belong there.I am talking about service department Miguel, very people oriented, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable you name it. You need more people like him in your team.

Recently leased a Altima from this dealership. I will strongly suggest to deal with them, Internet Director and Sy Fields, Internet Sales Manager. These guys really made the leasing experience great.
