YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We visited Bernardo's for the ""Mother's Day"" buffet, and found it to be ""over-the-top"" excellent. The variety of seafood, beef, turkey, vegetables, omelettes, pastas, and desserts was almost overwhelming. There are two things that do need improving; the boiled, peeled shrimp had no flavor, and were not cooked enough. They need to boil them with some crab boil seasoning and cook them a tad bit longer. However, I loved the snow crab claws and legs; they were fantastic. Also, our table was very wobbly. The atmosphere was wonderful, but a few of the tables need to be replaced. (We sat at table #128, a round table.) But for the atmoshpere, service, and huge variety of food offerings, Bernardo's gains my vote for Best of the Best Sunday Brunches. Gazing at the Gulf while dining in a historic landmark with excellent food, is very hard to beat.

If i could give this damn motel no stars i would....this place is absolutly horride i couldnt even imagine staying in that place. I took one look at the room before we got it luckly or they wouldnt have given us our money back. When i saw the room even before going in you can tell its trash the doors barley close because its soo rusty and gross the room smelled bad (even non smoking) it looks like they havebt cleaned in years its honestly the worst hotel i have ever seen and i have stayed in some pretty bad ones.... But this is by farrr...... The WORST ONE. dont go here or you WILL regret it.... 100% this makes galvaston look so bad when G-town is great. Just not that motel i suggest going to either la Quintana they take pets and are not bad.. And beach comber they also take pets and the rooms are really good.

I stayed here last summer and as soon as my friend and I sat on the bed I saw a roach running down the wall. I also saw them in the bathroom and they crawled into our bags at night. Gross.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! I arrived at the hotel and the front clerk didn't know about my reservation throught EXPEDIA. He found the reservation and gave us the key. We bought clothing for the evening and came back. Laid all the clothes on one bed and laid in the other. NEXT THING YOU KNOW... BED BUGS! I called the front desk and no one answered. I went to the front and the night clerk came out after buzzing for him. I told him what happened and he didn't even act like it was a problem! He wouldn't even come check the room. Stated they check the rooms 1 time every couple weeks. Disgusting. I found 10+ bugs in a matter of minutes. As I was talking to the clerk a huge roach was in the lobby. He never even said sorry. He didn't care! No pool or jaccuzi as advertised either, it was shut down. This place is close to the beach but with bed bugs i'd rather sleep in my car which may as well be infected now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down and disinfected.

I was a little put out that we were unable to take our breakfast to our room. There's already a fridge and microwave, so food is expected to be in there. Also, we turned the heater on and the room began to smell and the smoke alarm went off. The use of tile in the halls made it noisy. Ok for a night, but wouldn't want to stay there for a long vacation.

You won't get this place confused with the Hilton as it is pretty basic, but it has the same view as the Hilton at a fraction of the price. It is located only a stones throw from the beach and close to all the island hot spots.\r Ask for a room on the top floor for the best ocean view. A great off season value at 40-50 bucks a night!!!
