My experience with this business was wonderful, I used their services several times I recomenend to many friends, relatives co-workers and each and every one went back and recomenend to their friends because, Mario the owner, is very considered gives good competitive prices and the repairs are great, I just had the air conditioning compressor replaced, was done very fast and perfectly done, I'm very happy with their services and would recommend it to everyone.
Very disappointing experience. Be carful, this shop overcharge you for original parts but uses junkyard parts. Recently he destroyed my car because he put wrong parts in it and when I asked for explanation , he told me that I better leave or he will kill me so I had to call the police and file a complaint. This mechanic( Mario) has a very bad reputation in the area. That s not a place you want to take your car for repair.
They make a great job at my house, I can't wait for summer to enjoy my beautiful deck! 100% recommended!!!
The Lord's Table soup kitchen, a multi-partnership organization operating out of St. Martin's church in Gaithersburg, loves Mettee Plumbing. Great service, great work, great price.
The work was fair and the price affordable, but customer service is lacking. George has a temper and is a fast talker. He subs out the work, and takes no responsibility for anything that goes wrong.
I am currently sitting and waiting for my oil to be changed. So far, and I swear to this, people with reservations are being told that it will be 3 hours before their vehicle will even be looked at. And, as they take all their phone calls on speaker phone, I even heard a women say she waited 4 hours a few months ago and refused to have her car serviced here again. As for my direct experience, I've been here for over an hour and the oil change (which was supposed to cost $20 with a coupon) is now expected to cost $60 plus tax. The only reason I came to this business was because I had a coupon; I won't be coming back. Hope this helps.
Please tell Mr Fitgerald I have been a long time client with Toyota as well as my daughter but today I would have spent $1,000 for work that was not necessary until I challenge the service agent. I am 78 years old and on a limited income. I spoke with the manager and he apologize but I am so upset. I can not understand how this can happen with a company with such a good reputation. I once spoke with Mr Fitgerald at a restaurant in Rockville and admired his kindness. I would like a response from the corporate office and an explanation.
These people have no idea what they are doing. Think about a shop what different tools and the mechanic just search on google on what he will do, this is exactly what happened here.I was also not the only person who waits for my car to be done, when I was there, there were different people stopping by and asking when they can pick up their cars, and there was always a postponed date. They took one month and a half to fix my car but nothing changes, and they never felt sorry or even said it.So, if you want to wait and be home with frustrated, come here!
This is the most horrible plumbing company!!!!!!!! The stuff is rude. They do not know what they are doing!!!! People please use someone else!!!!
