The lady at the desk doesn't know what's going on is very rude. Doesn't even know what insurance they are taking. The Dr called because we walked out and he was also rude and wanted to argue over it when I complained.

These are literally the WORST guys in Gainesville. If I could give something lower than one star I would. I took my Jeep in for a simple speaker replacement and when I got it back my passenger and one rear door were completely broken. I could not roll down the windows or open the doors from the inside. When I called about the doors the owner was extremely rude to me. He claimed that the doors not working was my fault because I had an old car. I drive a well maintained 2002 Jeep and I have never had any problems with my doors or windows. To make things even worse when I brought my car in for them to fix it another costumer was waiting with me asking what I was getting done. I told him "nothing, I'm having my doors fixed because they f*cked them up". The owner started screaming at me, getting in my face and told me to shut my mouth. He forced me to stand outside in the cold while I waited for my car to be repaired. One of his employees came by and apologized to me saying he had worked on it and would look at it again. When he went inside the manager walked outside and started screaming at me again telling me that he didn't "want to hear another word" out of my mouth or he would call the cops. I told him that the cops were already on the way, because I had called my dad who is an ASO Officer. Before my father arrived a GPD officer came and told me that I was going to be trespassed. I am a tiny 19 year old female, I did not threaten anyone or pose a threat to anyone around me. Thankfully my father arrived and once we spoke to the GPD officer she told me that they actually get a lot of calls about the guys who work there. Let my experience be a warning to anyone thinking about going to Audio Outlet in the future. If they mess up your car and then you try to have them fix it, there is a good chance that they will call the cops on you and have you treated like a criminal.

I can't believe I'm giving Audio Outlet a five-star review, but these guys deserve it. It’s been more than a few years since my car stereo days of custom-building subwoofer enclosures and soldering capacitors to speaker terminals, but this week those days returned - due to theft. Yes, my car stereo was stolen. Windows smashed, wires ripped, worthless car stereo sold on the street for twenty bucks. It’s the way it goes. I cruised into Audio Outlet on a whim, as I was in the vicinity, and am I ever glad I did.All I needed was a handful of connectors and a few other odds and ends, and that's what I got. I was in and out in a flash, and I got exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost had I gone to Home Depot, Radio Shack, or my local hardware store, for that matter. Thanks Audio Outlet!

Hsa Security
I have had ADT before and the business mindset is that of a larger cooperation. ADT did not ensure my safety or treasure my business. I was a loyal customer for 3 years before I had to find another company. I would literally have to plan a day out of my busy schedule if I needed any help from them. I sat on hold for up to an hour one time and the number of times I have been transferred was unimaginable. I felt more like I was just another number and not a true customer. I was getting tired of the faulty equipment and alarm trips that kept occurring, not to mention their ever so rising prices. I don't mind paying for protection but that was not what I received at all.I was talking to a friend who recommended HSA security and I gave them a call. To my surprise, they were at my house the following day for an estimate and installation. I was amazed at how quickly they responded to any request that I made. I really feel like a high priority customer because of the level of care they provide. I have never waited longer than a day to get a technician to my house. I absolutely love this company. I recommend this company to everyone, just as my friend recommended them to me! Don't waist your time with larger considerations and save yourself the headache! Thanks HSA

Needed a simple solution to allow me to play my iPhone through my 2000 Lexus stereo. Audio Outlet listened to my needs and suggested the perfect solution without trying to up sell me. The installation was quick and clean, and the installer answered all my questions. I'd absolutely go back.

My car is bumpin’ now thanks to these guys. All my friends are green with envy when they ride with me and I only have Audio Outlet to thank. But besides from the tunes and the bass, they worked really well with me and listened to what was most important. The installation in my car was done right the first time and now I am extremely satisfied. Thanks a lot for making me a hit among my friends.

I have purchased several cars from Houston Wholesale and I highly recommend them. They have great prices, are no nonsense, and have always been fair and honest. Won't trust anyone else.

I was fairly surprised with how quick they did everything. I thought it would've taken a lot longer than it did. And their customer service just made my experience that much better.
Tips & Advices
A capacitor is a two-terminal electrical component that is able to store energy, thus they are often found in power supplies. They can be especially important in a stereo system because they can exhibit frequency dependent behavior. What this means is they can be tailored to be used as noise filters to reduce the appearance of a frequency, or they can be used to enhance it. This is particularly effective in differentiating and isolating the ranges in a subwoofer and a tweeter, and in filtering out the potential noise or feedback from the power source.
Most aftermarket speakers are compatible with your factory stereo system. There can be exceptions, for instance, if you have speakers that need extra amplification to drive them to maximum performance, such as large subwoofers, your factory deck may not have the power to drive them adequately. They will play, but not to their potential. Basic speakers should be able to plug right into most standard decks. Factory stereo systems have evolved dramatically over the years and can even meet or exceed aftermarket products.
To install a basic car stereo you will need a minimum of tools. First you may need a puller to remove the existing deck (if there is one). Usually it’s just a thin bar that hooks onto the unit to pull it out. Once the unit space is established, you will need crimpers and wire cutters to strip, connect, and crimp the wiring units (to the speakers and to your power source). It’s a good idea to use connectors for the wiring contacts. It is a simple and basic process. In some cases, you might need some additional basic tools like screwdrivers if you are mounting anything or customizing the dash.
With a basic knowledge and minimum of tools, it is not theoretically difficult to install a car stereo. It is even easier is you are replacing the old deck because the wiring for the speakers and the power source are already in place. Most existing units can be pulled easily from the dash and replaced quickly. This of course depends on the sophistication of the system and the skill of the installer. If no modifications are necessary, it is not an overly difficult or complicated process. There are many sources of information and instructional videos available on the internet to guide you.
A subwoofer is a speaker that is designed to produce sounds on the low end of the audio scale. Subwoofers are usually paired with tweeters, speakers that produce sounds on the higher end of the audio scale, to create a balanced sound.
