Cooleys is HANDS DOWN the best place to eat in Fuquay!!!!! Their made from scratch menu is never a disappointment.! My family and I have eaten here for many years numerous times a week! If you are looking for a suculent mouth watering prime rib....this is the place!! I have eaten prime rib at other restaurants, and they don't begin to compare. The seafood is also outstanding... my favorite being the shrimp scallop and crabake. Let's not forget to end the meal with one of Miss Paula's award winning desserts....my favorites including the Ho ho cake and lemon pound cake. Last but not least...the service is always outstanding! Many have been there for many years and go above and beyond to make your dining experience enjoyable. Most of the servers know our order before we even sit down! We have never had a negative experience at this hometown family oriented restaurant and will continue to frequent for many years to come.

OK I do not know what is wrong with these people who are so hateful they write mean things about such a nice restaurant! Of course it is important to note that the ony bad mean reviews come from citysearch, so that says a lot about city search clientel.\r \r If you want a hot dinner, clean atmosphere, excellent service, and most of all you want you family to eat together - come to Shogun! \r \r The food is excellent - they have the BEST SHRIMP in central NC! You have to go to dinner, relax and enjoy yourself. \r \r Nice people, wonderful hostess, enjoyable, relaxed, great service and your kids will love it more than McDonalds! You get a moment of rest while someone cooks for you and your kids will actually talk to you - PRICELESS! My daughter who never sits still will sit and watch Toyota cook - she says more, more, please and yes she is not even 2 years old, she knows things about people.\r \r Here you are around good people and that is more then I can say about other places to eat in Fuquay! Class is something you should associate yourself with and take some time out for dinner instead of letting the buffet take you out.\r \r Highly recommended for a group of people.

Could not get over the steak and seafood, homemade mash pototoes, pies, cakes, cobler, really fresh salads. \r My wife makes a deal with our children for each veg they eat they can get a desert - two veg, two deserts. \r It cost about the same as McDonalds, but so much more.Great Food, Great Value and all you can eat.\r We also went there for breakfast - Sat/Sun only, just as fantastic - made to order waffles, pancakes, eggs, omolets, just too good.

I give this restaurant 1 star, only because of the interior decorating. Yes it is very nice in side. Although I am happy to see more upscale or upscale charging restaurant in fuquay varina area, this one has the quality of subway if they are lucky. I ordered a panini from thier menu and a eggplant parmasian hero. First off the panini sandwich was ice cold and didn't even have melted cheese. the definition of a panini (In the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, the term panini has been adopted to refer to a pressed and toasted sandwich) this particular sandwich was neither and cost almost 7 dollars. The Sub was not much better, I watched as I waited for my food and never saw the sub or bread go in the oven. I asked the latino fella behind the counter if it had been cooked in oven he said yes. When I opened the container I found a open faced sandwich of breaded eggplant light sauce and melted cheese, and doe'e uncooked bread. This was obviously cooked in microwave. None the less I returned the food and explained why, they offered to cook it again, but that would have been futile since they did not understand the concept of an Italian sub or panini in the first place. I did not take my money back only because I felt bad for the 12 plus workers standing around in there. On he way back I went to J&S and picked up two toasted eggplant parm subs, made with pride.

I go there for group meetings. \r They automatically add 18% gratuity which is fine \r When I went over my receipts they added an EXTRA 20% when they ring it up at the end of the night.\r This is not an isolated incident. They have done this for months.
