Everyone has their good and bad experiences at any dealership, that's life in America. I have a busy schedule with work and kids and decided to look online for my car. After finding what I wanted, I called them up got pre approved with a payment I was comfortable with. The day I was ready, I drove after work with my son, Ivan had the car ready for me, we test drove it, inspected it and I was pleased. I traded in my truck, sat down to sign my paperwork and that was it. David was nice and pleasant very professional, but Ivan took care of me like I was his private customer, handling everything for me before I even got there. He took his time searching for different cars for me until I found the one!!! Drove off in my 2011 BMW coupe satisfied. I already made 2 recommendations from 2 friends who asked where I purchased my car.
A week later I noticed that there was a small crack in the center high mount tail light. I was preparing for the worst because its something that I did not address prior to purchasing the vehicle. I was expecting Christian to tell me "No I cannot cover that," but when I called him to see how much it would cost to replace it, he told me he'd find out and call me back. At this point, anyone of you thats been in this same situation would say, "great, they won't call me back." WRONG! He called me back 2 mins later and said, "Scott, we ordered the part for you from Toyota and it will be in first thing tomorrow morning. When can you bring the car in so we can replace it for you?" I stated as a joke, "wait, how much is it?" because the part was going for over $100 -$300 online... BEST PART: He said... "No Charge."
Cool lot and nice guys. Helped my wife and I out a few different times with cars throughout the years as Fullerton locals. The owner of Fullerton Auto Square himself is a very kind guy, came out to thank us personally for our business. Any time we've bought a car here, we had it serviced here too, wanted to come by and write a review after receiving their thank you and summer service promotion postcard in the mail today. Thanks to Sal and Jonathan in service who helped us out tremendously with issues on our son's car as well, and we DIDN'T even buy that car from them. That's why we come back to Fullerton Auto Square, to buy our vehicles, it's the best preowner car dealership in Orange County... just a good group of guys!
