City Works
I came in for round two since the new place should have all things wrapped up from a startup but, I have to say it was severely disappointing. I didn't see any employees I started to get to know. I guess turn around is big here. I was not greeted right away and felt as if the one and a half hour food order wait was clearly unacceptable. All across the restaurant I saw dirty dishes and people upset and leaving. The bartenders are great but management really stinks. I never got a manager to assist us, she was too busy. I never received a call back so I could complain or perhaps she was overwhelmed with complaints but the customer should be first but NOT at this place. I will never come back here and I will tell my family and co-workers that management and food time is worse than one could imagine. Who waits over an hour for their food? Ridiculous!!! DON"T COME HERE TO EAT, the bar is the only place to get good service so cheers at least to them. Good bye for good.

Coffee N Cream
Coffee N Cream ruined my wedding cake. I didn’t expect amazing, I didn’t expect to be blown away, I just expected to get a cake that I could enjoy for my wedding. What I tasted at the cake tasting and what I received for my wedding cake were not the same. The cake I received was dry, tasteless, and had a bad after taste. As a concerned and upset customer I returned the cake the same day but was told that they couldn’t do anything for me. When I spoke with the owner John I was met with the same resistance. This company doesn’t care about customers. They only care about taking your money and denying you any compensation. I tried to contact the other owner Mary but she seems to be avoiding my calls and emails. We weren’t asking for a full refund, only asking for a small replacement cake. Something we could enjoy and replace the empty memories we have from our wedding. We were told they wouldn’t do anything for us and that we received the cake that we ordered. Robots and factory workers, that’s who we were dealing with and we didn’t even know it. I was hoping for someone to understand our concern and to understand how important our day was to us but we instead were thought of as annoying. Please avoid letting these people ruin your special day, get your cake some other place.

Tandoory Taco
Unethical, overpriced business -- avoid this restaurant. They offer a Living Social deal and then the manager refuses to honor it. Probably for the best, once I saw that the tacos are tiny and WAY overpriced. There are far better taco restaurants and far better Indian restaurants. This one thinks they are above the rules. Hope they go out of business soon so that a good business can take the space.

Fede Italian Trattoria
We decided to have dinner at Fede Trattoria Sunday Night. The experience was not very good as I would never take the time to write a review. The host was very overbearing to begin with and made our dinner very uncomfortable. The meal for all of us was not the best with very acidic marinara sauce and there regular sauce was the same. very watery. When I ordered my meal with the Host that happened to take our order I asked if I could have angel hair pasta and he said yes. When he brought our meals to us my plate had a thick pasta and he knew what he did! I said I ordered angel hair and he sad well we do not have it but I can give you linguine instead. Not a good experience at all and I can tell you we would never go here again

La Hacienda Ranch Corporate Office
The dead rat in the parking lot near the front door had us turn back and head straight for the car. Not eating at a place which makes my stomach turn before entering.

Eddie's Napolis Italian Restaurant
Southern & Northern Italian trained chef Eddie creates superior Italian dishes at modest prices in a new upscale Frisco location at the SE corner of Teel & Main. We ate at Eddie Napoli's first restaurant 20 years ago in Garland. It's been a favorite of our family & friends since then. Everything on the menu is Great! FINALLY, welcome Eddie & his manager nephew Louie to Frisco! There are other Napoli's in the Metroplex that are clones of this restaurant, but Eddie's Napoli is the original.

Joe's Pizza Pasta & Subs
We ordered pizza for delivery on Sunday evening. Two hours and three phone calls later, it arrived. To be accurate, it was still warm, but I believe most people would call pizza that temperature COLD. There was no integrity in what they told us from the outset (delivery in 45 minutes). Their poor service pretty much ruined our evening. You will have better luck at Pizza Hut. At least they deliver it on time and hot!

The Salad Stop
I can only review for salads. I love the choices that Salad Stop offers and they are pretty quick when making your food. I like it for a quick lunch to take back to the office or a quick dinner if I have somewhere to be and don't have time to cook. You can also get a discount here using your IThinkLocal card or your Coserv card.

Joe's Pizza Pasta & Subs
Another great Hall Office Park lunch location...I absolutely love their larger than life slices of pizza; I've only seen one other place that offers that. You can choose your toppings for these slices too! Prices are pretty good and they offer a bunch of different combos to choose from as well.

The Salad Stop
Awesome food. Very quiet place, free Wi Fi, friendly staff, clean designs, not much distractions, definitely recommend this place.

Just a moment...
