Chase Bank
I made a cash deposit of $2000.00 I counted the 100 dollar bills, the the teller counted the money and then she put it in the counter and it was counted again and I was given a receipt and left. I went home and paid many bills and a few days later I go on my email and it says Chase account overdrawn. I first thought it was my daughters and it was mine. It does not show the $2000.00 deposit I made. The following day of this deposit I found another check in my wallet for 147.00 which I get every month. I was driving to the bank and missed stopping in the one I go to and went to another one on Preston Rd and made the deposit and that one shows up. I was back in the bank on the following Tuesday and know everyone in the Bank. I go back to the same teller and said , do you remember me from last Tuesday and reminded her about counting the money and she said, I don't remember. I walked out and later called the bank and I said is this Chase on Eldorado and Preston and he said yes and found out the manager is Martin and went back to meet him at 3 PM. He is not at this bank and the other guy said I am a Manager. We sat down and talked and when he got up to check some things out, I took his card and he is not a Manager and when he got back, he said we have no record of you being in the bank that day. I left and went to next Chase and the lady says I know the Manager and its a women. That's the next lie and I went back and after a few more days she called and can't find anything. I have banked with Chase for over 10 years and when we finally see all the footage on the camera's eventually, the Manager will Know about a few employees she has and what they are doing. Now I am getting a hold of the FDIC and I hope the FBI gets involved, I will get my money and will star in the movie that has my footage driving up and inside and all that fun counting my money and the deposit. Sorry about this to all the good employees of Chase and their are always a few rotten apples that go bad and wind up where they belong. Have a Great Day.

I think that the bank is great everybody at the bank, and also when you call about online banking everyone is very helpful. I'd definitely recommend them. Oh and no ATM charges.

Community Trust Bank
I would not trust this bank with my teenagers account. This is the absolute worst bank branch I have ever dealt with in over forty years. Also be aware that this bank is not doing so well and is closing accounts for a simple check bounce. There is information on the web verifying this from the Frisco Branch. I would avoid any kind of interaction from this branch as they wont last long in Frisco.

Just a moment...
